The Next Day
I had planned on going to school today. So it be.
I stood at the tip of the walkway, waiting for the bus. Until a sleek, yellow car pulled up. In it, was Austin (the driver), Gabriela, and Cale.
"Want a ride?" asked Cale.
"Oh yeah!" I exclaimed, soaking in the awesomeness of the epic scene in front of me.
I enjoyed that ride. It was so smooth it was heavenly.
We pulled up to the school. It was big.
Really big.
And I have a terrible sense of direction. So, getting lost will be the first thing I do there.
I think Cale saw me gawking because he said to me, "Don't worry. I'll help you around." I smiled warmly and we got out. Plenty of people stared at me, the new girl. Plus the fact that I had shown up in THAT car with THOSE people. That definatley made people stare. I guess I have a pretty high-up rep here, now.
Not that it matters, without Jack.
But I do have him. I think. He may of just been a hallucilation. I heard that happens when you're feeling depressed.
So I made my mind up. The ghost of Jack was a hallucination... Or was it?
