"Though we may lose our sight and voice... as long as we can hear each other within our minds... we will never truly be alone." ☀️ DAY: They can see. They can speak. 🌙 NIGHT: They cannot see. They cannot speak. There once stood a fortress known as The Castle of Life. But when twilight falls, everything changes. As the sun sets, the heavy stone foundations break free from the earth. It slowly rises, floating higher and higher into the sky until it completely vanishes into the dark mist. And with its disappearance, a curse awakens within two sisters. When night comes, the younger sister loses her sight. When night comes, the older sister loses her voice. Blind and mute beneath the moonlight, they thought they had lost everything-until they discovered the greatest gift of the night: they learned to speak directly through their minds. Communicating in this strange silence, a terrifying truth suddenly echoes within their thoughts: "This castle... it is not just quiet. It is screaming, but no sound comes out." Everyone inside is hiding behind masks. Everyone is pretending to be someone they are not. It is as if they are trapped inside a cage that eyes cannot see. And it seems the magic that binds the castle... is the very same magic that binds their fate. They are the only ones who can feel the truth. They are the only ones capable of breaking the silence. But are they truly ready to face the secret that The Living Castle has hidden for so long? ✍️ FROM THE AUTHOR: "They say that when you lose your sight, you begin to hear the things that cannot be spoken. And when you lose your voice... you finally understand the things that cannot be seen. Join the journey of two sisters. In this story, it is not the eyes that will find the truth... but the heart and the mind. Are you ready to listen to the scream of a silent castle?" 🥀🌙

The courtyard was filled with laughter, bangles, and the smell of fresh mehendi. Every woman in the haveli had dark green patterns drying on their palms. Sohini wanted some too. But every time she ran toward someone with the mehendi cone in her tiny hands, they shooed her away. "Abhi nahi." "Baad mein." "Jaakar khelo." After a while, she quietly sat near the verandah pillar, sniffling to herself. That's when Madhav noticed her. He sighed in annoyance before walking over and sitting beside her. "Rona bandh karo," he muttered, extending his hand toward her. "Jaldi lagao." Sohini blinked. "Sach?" Madhav looked away. "Zyada khush mat ho." A few minutes later, his entire palm was ruined with crooked flowers and uneven hearts. And for the first time that evening, Sohini smiled again.

The People of Emotion Description To everyone whose heart has been inhabited by silence for years. To everyone who thought the mountains would disappear if they closed their eyes. To everyone waiting to shout: "I am here... and I am alive." This story is for you. Borein is twenty-two years old. He lives in a quiet village among the hills of Ratanakiri, Cambodia. He loves a girl named Srey. He has loved her for twelve years. He has never told her. He dreams of being a writer. His notebook hides under his bed. When he was seven, he heard his mother crying behind a wall. He wanted to go to her. He wanted to cry with her. But his grandmother had taught him: "A man doesn't cry. A strong man endures in silence." So he swallowed his tears. And he kept swallowing. For fifteen years. One day, Borein hears a legend about a place deep in the forest: Prasit Chiet - the House of Emotion. An abandoned house where the walls are covered with faces. A house that no one leaves the same way they entered. They say whoever goes inside must face every feeling they have ever buried. Fear. Sorrow. Regret. Love. Every word they never dared to speak. Borein enters. And the door slams shut behind him. Inside, he meets the spirits of those who came before him - a poet who never recited his love poem, a girl who was afraid of the dark and told no one, a musician who buried his dream. And a pale woman with silver-grey eyes who has been waiting for someone brave enough to break the curse. "Scream, Borein," she whispers. "Scream what you have never said." The People of Emotion is a Cambodian novel about silence and freedom. About a boy who learned not to cry and a man who finally dares to weep. About the girl who waited twelve years to hear three words. Will Borein break the curse? Will he finally cry? Will he tell Srey he loves her?

Some people become happiness without even trying. I never understood why one message from him could make my entire day better. Maybe it was the way he talked to me softly at night. Maybe it was the feeling of forgetting every problem whenever he stood beside me. Or maybe... it was because he was my first love. My first kiss. My favorite feeling. The person my heart kept choosing no matter how hard I tried to act normal. Even when he ignored me, I still waited for his messages like they meant everything. And honestly? Maybe they did. This story is about late-night conversations, hidden feelings, music, bike rides under city lights, soft kisses, and loving someone so deeply that they slowly become part of your soul. I thought he would never love me back. But sometimes... the person who feels like home was already waiting for you too. 🌙🤍

With the strange ache of wanting something he could never name. Then he met the girl in gray - a person who seemed less like someone living, and more like a memory the world refused to let go of. What begins as distance slowly turns into obsession, tenderness, and the terrifying realization that some people are capable of changing the architecture of your entire inner world. Told across eight emotionally intertwined episodes, *The Girl in Gray and the Boy Who Longed* is a quiet story about longing, loneliness, silence, and the things people fail to say when it matters most. A literary emotional drama about: missed moments rain-soaked memories invisible distances and the unbearable weight of feeling too much.
