I sat in the backseat patiently, as we drove towards a round robbin being hosted by dajuan.
My mind was between going and staying at home eating some of the snacks I bought earlier.
In Abby's words " yuh love stay home , just come one night " .
Knowing they wouldn't leave my phone alone and will spend the whole night at my house getting me to leave so I gave in.
" when wi ago reach ?" I asked impatiently, this feels like standing for hours while your client keeps moving.
Abby rolled her eyes knowing am very impatient driving long distances, if I'd known it wasn't near spainsh Town or kingston I'd happily stay home.

I bumped my head along the tunes , trying to remove some thoughts from my busy mind .

Playing with my purse I noticed we had drove pass a few large houses meaning this wasn't an ordinary round robbin street party .

Once she found it , the phone was then handed to me with my father's name on the front well.....some of it .

" hello?" My father spoke into the phone which helps to lighten my mood.
" weh yuh mean hello , hurry an come home " I whined already missing the free kfc food on Fridays.
" easy nuh , suh weh ash deh?" He asked voice now laced with concerns.
" yaso mhi deh a wahmp?" She fussed hoping he would actually have a conversation with me instead of asking about her.
" memba' weh man talk boh' , doh feel like true mhi nuh deh deh gwan fuck around " he warned her sternly which concerns me.
