Namjoon's POV
I couldn't bring her to the airport last time, so I'd pick her up. I don't drive. I know, but someone I know does. I texted her we were here and I got out of his car. I leaned against it, waiting for her to come out. When she did, she was the definition of airport fashion. By that, I meant cozy wide leg blue pants with a white bodysuit, hair tied in a messy bun as she pushed her trolley of suitcases with her dog behaving like a dream, slowly walking by her side. As she saw me, arms opened. She ran with her pet. She stopped her cart and hugged me. Her feet didn't touch the ground for an instant. "I missed you. Gosh did I miss you."

She stayed in the hug for a little longer. "I missed you too." She pointed down. "That's Mushu."

I pet the furry creature. "You're such a good boy, Mushu." I took her luggage. "The back is big enough for your friend here to jump on." He had many cars, but that was his biggest.

She helped her dog on. "Thanks a lot for getting me. Not scared of another scandal?"

I motioned at my face. "Answer's here." She chuckled. "Don't give a damn." I opened the door for her. "Ladies first."

She got in. "Thank you." Then she saw the driver and grinned. "I thought that'd be you."

He waved at her through the mirror. "Hi~ You like it? The car?"

She nodded. "You clearly use it to go somewhere with all the members."

His bunny smile made me laugh. "I knew you'd get it! I have a couple of cars." We got on the highway. "I have an electric car and a sports car too!"

She looked up to me. "And youuuu have a bicycle?"

I scratched my nape. "When you say it like that. I did sign up for lessons tho!"

"Really? That's great! I have something to show you too." She pulled a card out of her phone case. "Take a look."

It was a driver's license. She already had one, didn't she? I read it. "International? Like Kookie? You can drive everywhere?" She nodded. I hugged her. "That's so great!"

Kookie had to laugh. "How does it feel to have two maknaes with two permits and you have none hyung?"

"Just drive!" That made my friend giggle. I couldn't wait to spend a month with her.

"The guest room is yours. I have hangers for your clothes. You can use the table for your work... Do you need anything else?"

She put her stuff in the room. "I can't thank you enough for this."

"Just being thankful is enough for me." I saw the moon necklace around her neck. "You truly have it all the time."

She lift it up. "Why wouldn't I? It's the most precious piece of jewelry I have."

Oh did I want to do more than hug her. "Hey, Mina?"

She stopped undoing her luggage. "Yeah?"

"Remember when we were caught by the rain?"

She grinned at the memory. "Yes? What about it?"

"And.. When we were close under the roof of that building?"

She chuckled and stepped closer. "Where are you going with this?"

"I believe that was the day I realized I might want more than just a hug from you."

She didn't budge. "You have? Why didn't you?"

I glanced down. "I didn't want to lose our friendship for something stupid."

She cupped my cheek, so gently I barely felt it. "And.. what's stopping you now?"

Wait. It wasn't stupid? I inched closer to her until our lips met. They were so soft even after a drying trip miles up in the sky. I felt her dimple under my thumb, my other arm supporting her waist. It was then I wished we coud freeze time. We pulled away seconds later. Her eyes peered into mine. "Gosh are your eyes pretty." She gave me an eye roll and was lucky enough to get a second kiss. I was the speechless one now. Did that really happen?

Now, she had her eyes glued to the floor. "I wasn't sure I read your feelings right. I didn't want to mess this up either."

I pulled her to me and kissed the top of her head. "We really are dorky are we?"

A glance up. "Says you."

That made us both share a laugh.

Finally settled down, we sat together in the living room. "Sure you don't need to sleep?"

She layed her head on my shoulder. "I slept on the plane. I'm happy just like this."

I wrapped my arm around her. "I'm glad about that too." I thought for a moment. "We say nothing of this?"

A peek up. "I'm sorry, Namjoon, but you have a huge grin across your face. If that doesn't wash off, your friends will know."

I met her gaze. "Is that such a bad thing?"

She snuggled up. "As long as you're okay with it. I'm alright with that."

Boy, did I stumble upon an amazing person. "We try this? For real?"

She sat up properly and held my hand. "I'm willing, if you're ready to do so with me."

I smiled and squeezed her hand. I answered confidently. "I'm in." Our seriousness quickly faded to giggles. That would be an interesting month.
