Chapter 89- Mechanical Machine (Lizzie And Kat)

Kat's P.O.V.

"So, Yeah, I'm honestly surprised you answered back," I say. I hear Tony chuckle. About five minutes , I decided to call Tony. And I'm pretty surprised he answered because I accidentally blushed a little too much around him and was super awkward.

"Phhhffft, why wouldn't I call back, I love talking to you," he responds. Oh no. He's doing it again. He's, he's flirting with me! What do I do!? What do I do!? WHAT DO I DO! NO! Wait Kat! Don't jump to conclusions. He probably isn't flirting with you. He's totally just- DING!

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" I scream.

"KAT! Is something wrong!?" Tony yells. I look down at my phone. Oh man. Lizzie just texted me. Oh no, now I look like an idiot. Ugh.

"U-um, y-yeah, it's just that, um, I, Well, someone texted me and, you know, I........is it okay if I hang up for like ten minutes?" I ask.

"Yeah sure," he says. I hang up. Oh no. I hope I don't loose like a total idiot now.

Liz: KAT! I'VE DONE IT!

Kat: Oh, congrats!🎉

Kat: But, What is it that you did?

Liz: I HAVE MADE A MECHANICAL MACHINE!

Kat: Oh cool.

Kat: What does it do?

Liz: IT CAN READ, WRITE, RECITE SHAKESPEARE, DO ANY MATH FORMULA, CREATE IT'S OWN SCIENCE EXPERIMENT KIT, IDENTIFY ANY LVING ORGANISM, AND IT USES CORRECT PUNCTUATION!

Kat: That's really cool Lizzie.

Kat: That's a lot of features.

Liz: Well there is one more feature.

Kat: Oh, what is it?

Liz: Well, it does have my guilty pleasure.

Liz: It can show the movie UglyDolls whenever I request.

Kat: You like UglyDolls?

Liz: Yeah.

Kat: I mean, it's not like it's a bad thing, but I mean not a lot of people like it.

Liz: That is what a guilty pleasure is.

Liz: A guilty pleasure is something, such as a film, a television program or a piece of music, that one enjoys despite understanding that it is not generally held in high regard, or is seen as unusual or weird.

Kat: You know, I'm kind of surprised.

Liz: That I built a mechanical machine?

Kat: No, that you don't have a story about your mom or her friends to go along with this.

Liz: That's the best part about this!

Kat: It is?

Liz: IT IS!

Liz: I HAVE MY DEFINING FEATURE!

Kat: Defining feature?

Liz: My apologies, this most likely require explanation.

Kat: Yeah it does.

Liz: In my family, all of us are required to be the same. Good grades, do your homework, never be tardy, always be early, never turn in a assignment in late, never miss school, make a few friends, be the teacher's favorite, study 5 hours a day for tests, memorize stories, and get into the college of the parents choice.

Liz: So in our family, each of us would do one thing that would set us apart from the others. AND I FOUND MINE!

Kat: What is it?

Liz: IT'S MY ROBOT!

Kat: Wait, So you made the robot, not to do your homework, but just to set yourself apart from your family?

Liz: UH HUH!

Kat: Oh, well, I'm happy for you.

Liz: THANK YOU!

Kat: I'm sure you feel accomplished.

Liz: I do! And I didn't leave you guys out of this!

Kat: What do you mean by that?

Liz: I put in a oven for Cookie and a built in basket ball hoop for Tina!

Kat: Thats really thoughtful.

Liz: And for you, there is and aquarium.

Kat: Oooh! I love fish.

Liz: There's also dating advice for you,

Kat: WHAT! DATING ADVICE!

Kat: WHY WOULD I EVER NEED DATING ADVICE!?

Kat: I MEAN, ITS NOT LIKE I LIKE ANYONE!

Kat: THAT WOULD BE FOOLISH!

Liz: Tony?

Kat: ...

Kat: You got me.

Liz: Anyways, I'm gonna go study now.

Liz: Goodbye.

Kat: Bye, good job on the robot.

Wow. I wasn't expecting something so.......important to happen today. And the excitement Lizzie had. Never thought she had it in her. I think I'm just gonna read Percy Potter right now. Lizzie did say it was a good book series. And I have had this book for like ten days. So might as well put it to use.

*One hour later*

Man. Lizzie was right. This is a great book. I can't believe Luke was the lightning their And was drinking unicorn's blood to help Voldynose take over. Why do I all of the sudden feel as if I forgot something.....OH MY GOSH! TONY!
