He get sick-
Dean- He wouldn't take medication so you put it in his pie, knowing he would eat pie whenever.
Sam- He would obey your orders. Before you know it he is back on his feet again.
Castiel- He was hard, he claimed that he was dying until you had to explain what was wrong with him.
Gabriel- He is such a 5 year old. Enough said.
Balthazar- You literally had to give him wine with medication. He would not take it.
Lucifer- You had to tie him down because he kept kicking and punching you.
Michael- He would not stop complaining to you, the only time he stopped when you shove medication down his throat.
Crowley- He was actually manageable, but you always had to give him tea every hour.
