Manhunt I Guess... Technically? A Little Bit?

"Philza!" Tommy yells, tackling his father to the ground with a hug.

"Tommy?!" Phil says in surprise, looking around and seeing his other son standing in the tree line across the field from the house.

"Oh my god! I- missed you so much, Dad!" Tommy says crushing the man below him by practically laying on him. (not in a weird way... more for my brain than yours because that's where my brain went... sorry...)

"How- What?" Phil asks, brain not quite catching up because it was still in shock at the sight of his only biological son.

"Ranboo found me." Tommy says, filling in what Phil was wondering as Eret walks outside to see what all the commotion was, concerned it might be the Techno and Philza fight getting physical.

"Tommy? Ranboo?" Eret says, looking between the two in disbelief.

"I thought I told you to go the fuck away." Techno says, emerging from the side of the house with his ax pointed at the half enderman who was still standing in the tree line.

"Hey!" Tommy says, standing up from where he had tackled Phil to. "You leave him alone." He says, walking up to Techno.

"Tommy, you don't want to get in the way right now." Techno says through his teeth, staring straight into Tommy's blue eyes with an intensity that seemed like it could obliviate you at any given moment.

Tommy stood his ground though, although with a weak base. (all warfare is based. ANYWAYS)

"Move." Techno says, finding it hard to refrain from chopping the child's head off.

"No." Tommy says, breathing speeding up afterwards as he regrets it.

Techno doesn't waist a second before kicking Tommy in the stomach causing the child to fall to the ground where Techno almost crushes his head with his boot before he rolls out of the way.

Techno doesn't have time to finish off that child as he moves onto the next. (why is that such a fitting sentence for Techno...) As he walks closer, the half enderman starts running into the wood.

Techno sprints after him, weaving through the thick trees as he chases the child. Ranboo may have gotten a head-start but Techno was a lot faster than him.

Techno caught up to him almost instantaneously when Ranboo was knocked to the ground the handle of Techno's ax hitting his back.

"You're lucky I threw that bad." Techno says, picking his ax up and holding it up in the air. He started swinging it down towards Ranboo's face. Time seemed to slow to slow motion as Ranboo excepted his fate.

Techno was quickly tackled by Dream just in the nick of time. They wrestled for a good while before Dream got the upper hand, sitting on Techno, pinning the piglin hybrid's wrists to the ground.

"What the hell are you doing?" Techno asks. "I thought you didn't like him either."

"I don't. But I don't think he needs to die because of it." Dream says, struggling to keep Techno's arms under control.

"He almost got me almost killed." Techno says through his teeth, lifting his head from the ground the few inches that were aloud.

"I know that." Dream says, leaning his masked face closer to Techno's so they were talking so that no one else could really hear very well.

"Then let me kill him." Techno says.

"No." Dream says.

"Let me. Kill. Him." Techno says, spacing out his words for emphasis.

"No." Dream says again.

As the two started to wrestle again, the rest of them had arrived at Ranboo's side. Ghostbur was mostly watching the scuffle between Dream and Techno, still kinda being mad at Ranboo for almost getting his brother caught.

Eret, Phil, and Tommy all comforted Ranboo who was shaking from his near death experience.

"You fucker. Stay- no." Dream says as Techno gets the upper hand, pinning Dream to the ground.

Techno quickly gets off of him, noticing what he had done. Dream had scooted away from him slightly hugging his knees to his chest.

"Dream... I- I'm sorry... I-" Techno starts to comfort the masked man, crawling over to him and wrapping his arms around his shoulders.

Everyone looks at them with confused looks on their faces from the sudden change in demeanor from both of them.

Techno glares at all of them in a protective way, shielding his Dream from their eyes.

Ranboo was also hugging his knees to his chest while Phil help him in his arms. Tommy was kneeling next to them, rubbing a comforting hand on Ranboo's back. Eret stood next to them, watching Dream and Techno.

Ghostbur was having a debate with himself on whether or not to go comfort Dream or stay where he was.

They all stayed in the forest for a good long while in silence. Ghostbur had chosen to float over to where Eret stood, leaning his head on Eret's shoulder as much as he could without going into their shoulder.

They left to go back to the house in separate groups; Tommy, Phil, and Ranboo in one, Eret and Ghostbur in the next, and Techno with Dream a few hours after the others.

"I'm sorry..." Techno says. He and Dream were laying in bed. He was looking at the ceiling while Dream had his head on his chest. Techno's arm was around Dream's shoulders and he was drawing little circles on Dream back and arm.

"Mmm." Dream makes a noise of recognition, not really paying much attention to the real world.

"You see that star? That's the end of the Archer's arrow." Eret says, pointing into the night sky. He and Ghostbur were laying in the grass outside of the house.

"What's that?" Ghostbur asks, pointing to a small dark spot that was moving from side to side.

"I think it's a bird." Eret says, sitting up.

A letter was dropped into his lap. He looks at Ghostbur, eyes wide, as the red parrot flies away.

They both look around to make sure no one had followed the bird before opening the letter.

"They did it..." Ghostbur says in a distant and scared voice.
