Sam was sleeping peacefully when she was forcefully awoken by Mon biting and licking her ear
She then felt Mon wrapping her arms around her and felt immediately comforted by Mon's tight embrace.
She still felt groggy and didn't want to move, so she sinked in deeper into Mon's arms and tried to continue her sleep.
Mon was persistent, though, and her tongue and hands were getting naughty
Mon had found the sweet spot on her neck and teased her continuously while her hands were moving dangerously low into her waist
Sam frowned a little but still couldn't stop her mouth from silently moaning.
Her body was already starting to heat up.
Sam sighed.
She knew she wouldn't have a choice but to wake up now. Mon could be annoyingly persistent if she chooses to be, and from the way it looks like right now, Mon, wouldn't have it any other way.
It's either she chooses to be tortured further helplessly, which, to be honest, isn't a very good idea knowing she wouldn't be allowed to reciprocate at all. Now that is real torture; or the other alternative was just to simply giving in to whatever Mon wanted.
Sigh what Mon wants, Mon gets.
Sam begrudgingly forced herself to wake up
She then slowly took a peak and immediately went lost in awe when she saw Mon's bright smile
M: Good morning, my love
How was your sleep?
(Mon couldn't hide her smile even if she wanted to. She was just radiating happiness, and this left Sam in a daze)
S: Mon?
(For a moment, Sam was confused.
Sam hasn't seen Mon smile like this for a very long time, and she loved this version of Mon the best.
Mon was always cheerful, and she was always found with a smile on her face, but her smile today was absolutely breathtaking. She looked... I don't know how to describe it... really happy?)
M: Yes, love?
S: What did I do to deserve such a wonderful wake-up call?
M: Hmm. Nothing much! I just found you adorable, that's all. (Mon smiled deeper)
S: And you only found out now?
(Mon sneered at this. Tsk just as expected of Sam. She is still cheeky and is full of herself as usual)
M: It wouldn't hurt you to be a little humble, u know?
S: Hmmm. What's the use of being humble?
I never lie, so why would I deny how awesome I am? It's not like the truth would suddenly change if I do.
M: Tsk! Why did I expect any different? Sigh
Yes, little miss perfect!
S: You see me as perfect only because you love me, Mon
M: And what's wrong with that?
You only need to be perfect for me, love.
Be the worst to everybody else so I would have less competition
S: Mon there has never been and there will never be a competition Mon.
For me, only 2 types of people exist
There's you, and then there's everybody else
You own me mind, body, and soul my MonMon.
Nobody will ever come close to you
(Sam had said those words with such earnest and devotion that Mon couldn't help but be touched.
This was her ChamCham.
How stupid of her to have kept such a woman who had loved her this deeply waiting, just because of her own lack of security.
Thinking back into it now....
I really was stupid.
Sam was finally ready to leave everything behind and introduce me to the world, and then there I was vehemently denying myself the chance to be loved freely.
Tsk! I'm really sorry, Sam
Just give me a little bit more time
I promise I'll stand beside you proudly one day!
But for now, let's take a step forward together)
M: Awww, look who found her tongue!
You really say the sweetest things sometimes, Sam.
(Mon then hugged Sam tighter and kissed her.
When she had enough, she then let go of her hug and slowly stood up, which made Sam frown from the lack of her warmth and cuddles)
S: Why?
(Sam asked with a pout)
M: Stay here. I'll be right back, love
(Mon didn't even give Sam the chance to reply and immediately turn around and left the room
This made Sam's mood sour, and so she closed her eyes again, trying to even out her mood
It didn't take long for Mon to come back
Sam still throwing a tantrum, pretended to have not noticed anything, and kept her eyes closed
She wanted to continue her act and was successful at it, that was before Mon placed something heavy in front of her, then licked her ear before she huskily whispered)
M: Still pretending to be asleep?
Do you want to be punished, my love?
(Hearing this, Sam froze, and she felt her skin crawl. Tsk! I am no pushover. I am not scared of Mon!
I...I will only open my eyes because I am curious, that's all hmph!)
S: What's all this?
(Sam was flabbergasted. She looked at Mon curiously, then gestured toward the wide spread of food displayed before her)
M: uhm, breakfast in bed?
S: What's the occasion?
M: Can't I be nice if there is no occasion?
S: hmmmm.
did you cook all of this for me, Mon?
(Mon just answered with a smile and simply nodded proud of herself)
S: Since when were you awake?
M: hmmmm probably about 4-5 hrs ago?
S: What? But why? Wait! What time is it now?
M: It's around 4 in the afternoon, Love.
You've been sleeping like a log for almost the entire day
S: Whaaaat? Why didn't you wake me up then?
I just wasted an entire day, Mon! Tsk!
Didn't you promise me that you'll marry me today? Or was that all just a joke to you?
M: Sigh. There you go again, Sam.
Why do you keep thinking that?
Didn't I already say that I will marry you?
S: Then why didn't you wake me up???
M: I did try love, but you just didn't budge.
You looked so exhausted, and I felt bad trying to wake you
I thought after a while that I might just as well let you sleep more
I know your body needed it after everything we've been through.
There will always be other days.
S: But... but... didn't u promise that you'll marry me today?
M: yeeeeep
S: Then why didn't u wake me up????
You should've tried harder!
The city hall has already closed for today, Mon!!!
M: Wifey... relax.
I've got you covered.
Just eat first, then come down when you're ready, ok?
S: What do you mean relax?
How could I even relax?!
Wait... What? What did you just call me?
M: Wifey 😉
(Sam was momentarily caught in a daze
She kept repeating it in her head
Wifey... wifey!!!!
She smiled wide when it synced in.
Wifey! Mon hurt called her wifey, and she absolutely loved it!
From now on, she will be called wifey!!!
Sam felt so happy that she had already forgotten her earlier frustration about delaying their marriage... again...
Sam took a closer look into the spread of food that was before her and was suddenly in a particularly great mood!
There were toast, eggs benedict, bacon, hot dog, ham, waffles, and jam in one side and there was a small bowl of congee along with a piping hot cup of coffee and mixed fruits on the other.
She wondered how many people Mon intended to feed today
She smiled and shook her head at Mon's surprise but then she saw something that made her confused
There was only a lonely pair of a spoon and a fork on the table
What did that mean?
Did she intend to share the utensils? Or did she not intend to eat with me??)
S: Where are your utensils?
Are u not eating with me, Mon?
M: Mm. I've already eaten while you were sleeping, Love
(Sam pouted at this, which Mon found adorable.
She held Sam's face lovingly and said, I love you
She then kissed her lips sweetly and tenderly
Just like that, Sam felt the butterflies in her stomach
She found it funny how she can still feel like this after being together for so long
Being with Mon has always been like this.
She will never get tired of seeing her, kissing her, loving her.
Mon placed butterfly kisses all over Sam's face before turning around and leaving)
M: Don't keep me waiting for too long, love
S: Wait! Where are you going??
(Sam was utterly confused! Just what is happening to Mon today?
Why did she prepare these foods and then leave and say she's waiting?
I just don't get it!
How could you leave without even an explanation!!!
Sam carefully tried to remember if they had plans for today that she may have missed?
It wasn't their anniversary.
It's not her birthday either!
Hmmmm.... just what is it?!!!
Tsk! She didn't have the time to ponder about this!
Mon said to come down once I'm ready, so I'll do just that
Let's go and hurry, Sam
But wait! Did she mean go down after I've eaten?
Or did she mean that I had to take a bath and dress up first?
Wait?
Do I even need to dress up?
Are we going somewhere?
If yes, where are we going?
I don't even know what to wear
Tsk! Not knowing anything is so frustrating!
How could Mon not even tell her anything?! Now she's stuck overthinking!
Sam tried to calm down and divert her attention to the food her beloved had prepared for her.
She looked at the food lovingly and decided that she would finish all of it no matter what!
Mon prepared this so she couldn't let any of it go to waste!
Sam felt like her stomach was about to explode from all the food that she stuffed into her mouth.
All she wanted to do was sleep sigh!
Sam quickly shook her head and forced herself to move.
There's a lot more to do!
There's no time to waste, Sam!
In the end, Sam decided to take a quick bath, change into a smart casual outfit, and put on a dash of light makeup
The whole process took approximately an hour to finish
She was a little guilty for taking too long to get ready, but it was really hard to dress up when you didn't know the intention behind it
She didn't know what type of get-up she needed to be on, which caused her a significant amount of time to contemplate
In the end, she chose the safest option
She argued that if her outfit didn't match where Mon wanted to bring her, she could always change quickly, sometimes when she was quite unbothered and just chose what she was most comfortable with.)
