POV | Ryujin
I whistled like a bird singing a song, rocking my hips around the kitchen as I made chocolate covered strawberries and waffles at the same time. Nothing like a sweet tooth breakfast, huh? Well my wife was pregnant and told me she was craving sweets. Honestly, I would do anything and everything for her so I didn't mind. I licked my lips, feeling in the mood to listen to music.
"Oh, her eyes, her eyes make the stars look like they're not shining, her hair, her hair, falls perfectly without her trying, and she's so beautiful~ and I tell her everyday~" I murmured along with the track in the background as I finished up the breakfast I was making. After all, I was making a meal for three. I plated the waffles with both plates having a few strawberries, more for Yeji, of course, and syrup to top it off. I waddled upstairs to our bedroom and fixed my braided short hair before walking in since I was rocking out to 'Just the Way You Are' by Bruno Mars.
However, when I did enter, Yeji was sobbing with a box of tissues being empty meaning all had been used. I opened my mouth, quickly stepping carefully over to her, and sat next to her. I spoke, "Uh... you okay?" I interlocked our hands. Yeji huffed, taking it away, "God Ryujin! You suck at comforting me!" I licked my lips, nodding, "Okay..." She pushed me, "Well fucking do something!" I was used to her breakdowns, especially as she got further into her pregnancy.
I rubbed her belly and got behind her, singing in her ear, "When I see your face... there's not a thing that I would change, cause' you're amazing just the way you are. And when you smile, the whole world stops and stares for awhile cause' girl you're amazing just the way you are." Yeji leaned back into me and cried more. I put her hair behind her ear, "Shh, don't cry... everything will be okay. Our baby wouldn't want you upset..."
"What if I'm a bad mom!" My wife yells and turned her whole body to face me. Holding onto her waist, and looking into her eyes, I say, "You will not be a bad mom." Yeji's lip trembled, "Do you promise?" I didn't have to hesitate, I nuzzled her nose, "I promise." Yeji moved closer to me, her belly so big it fulfilled my lap. I played with the brunette's hair, massaging my fingers into her scalp. I felt a vibration from her body. "Ugh... the baby is kicking again." I laughed, "Remember when it was running like a hamster on a hamster wheel?"
"Oh my god, it was so painful, I was about to go get a damn abortion," She laughed back. I wiped her tears, as she then added, "But it's ours, so I didn't." I smirked, "Who knew I'd be so fertile with that sperm material." Yeji blushed, "Now how many kids are you gonna give me, miss fertile?" I made a face, "Depends on how much work it puts in to get you to cum. Not that much, huh?" She covered her face, "Yah! We should just have a million kids then."
I caressed her cheek, "How many do you want, Yeddeong?" She smiled, "2." I gave her my whisker dimples, "I can make that work." Yeji hugged me tight, "I love you so much." I couldn't help but keep smiling and peck her lips, "I love you sweetheart. Speaking of sweets, I made you some, come on!" I took her hand, carefully walking with her downstairs, and pulled out the chair for her. I would do it either way but it felt good to be there to take care of her.
"Ugh~ this is so good~!" She moaned while eating the waffles while I ate across from her. She was so beautiful. Her stained red cheeks didn't even matter to me. Her bare face without any makeup didn't even matter to me. I couldn't help but ask myself a question. How can someone have true and pure beauty? It was astounding to me. Maybe that's why I married her. She hadn't noticed I had been staring at her until she looked up after a bite of one of the strawberries. Chocolate smeared over her soft lips and stayed in the cracks of her mouth.
I smiled, took my phone out, and snapped a photo. She laughed, "Stop! What's wrong with my face?!" I caressed her cheek, "Nothing, my love. You're amazing just the way you are." Yeji blushed, "You're not gonna ever live that song down, are you?" I gasp, "We danced to it at our wedding, of course I won't!" She kissed my cheek, allowing the chocolate to transfer. Oh well, I would never live her beauty down. Who would?
