POV | Ryujin
"Hey, please be nice.. you've scared off like all of my friends that are girls before," My brother Hyunjin said to me as we were in the kitchen. I crossed my arms, "Why not be friends with guys? Or is it because you're gay?" Hyunjin crossed his arms, "Seriously Ryu, she's cool, and a good friend." I rolled my eyes and then heard the doorbell with a knock. My blonde brother went to answer the door and I immediately heard the girl's voice saying "Hey!" Ugh please don't be a another preppy girl who uses gay guys for attention.
Look, I'm just watching out for my brother, that's why I'm judgmental and scare them off. They hugged and then Hyunjin pulled away, revealing the girl. I stared at the most beautiful girl I had ever seen in real life and in my own castle. Her blonde with strands of green, orange, and pink were so unique. Her cat eyes so pure and stunning. Her body was as beautiful as can be. What the fuck Hyunjin. She might be preppy but this bitch was the fucking hottest girl ever.
I snapped out of it quickly listening to Hyunjin say, "This is my sister Ryujin." The girl stepped towards me and stuck out her hand so I stuck out mine, giving a handshake. The girl smiled, "I'm Yeji, nice to meet you." I swear I was the heart eyes emoji right now. I bit my lip, looking at Hyunjin. Yeji pulled away, saying, "Your brother is biggest goofball to ever be known," She says, reaching over to tackle his head while Hyunjin pouted.
I finally gave a little emotion with a chuckle yet still looking at this girl. Hyunjin asked, "Wanna play videogames with us Ryu?" I licked my lips, nodding, and he gasped, "Really?" I punched his shoulder, "Don't get too excited dork." He pouted again while Yeji laughed making me blush. We went upstairs to our gaming room. The girl sat next to me and I swear I was panicking at that exact moment. Yeji spoke up, "So Ryujin... you're gonna be queen, huh?"
I shyly scratched my neck, "Yeah.. I really don't want to, I wish Hyun could but I'm older." Our parents were the king and queen of our country. And like I said, I was going to be queen soon so pretty much everyone knew me. It was just hard to be queen because one I know nothing about it and two, I'm gay. It's never been done before. You know two queens. That's why I want my brother to be king but he's gay so he opted out completely and he has that option to but I don't. Yeji tilted her head, "Why not? I mean don't you like all the attention you get at school?"
I bit my lip, looking down, and said, "It's weird, I suppose. I-" Hyunjin interrupted, "Ryujin, you just love turning down everybody who wants to ask you out." I huffed, hitting his shoulder, "Yah! Shut up! I'm sorry, but those fucking guys don't know shit about being king and you know that Hyun!" Hyunjin huffed, pushing me to get me back, "Okay, angry bird. Or maybe it's because you're not into guys." My face turned super red and I stood up, "What?! Hyunjin?! N-no! I'm not-"
Hyunjin interrupted me, "Ryujin, I know you're gay." I was about to scream and burst but instead I grabbed his arm, taking him out of the room, and into another, pushing him, "What the hell Hyunjin?! I'm not gay!" He covered my mouth before I could yell anymore and said, "I knew since I was a kid. I accidentally read your diary.." I took his hand off, lowering my voice a bit, "How do you accidentally read someone's diary?!" My brother responded, "I was 8. And I just know Ryu. I've seen the way you act around them and it's okay with me, I understand a lot."
"Then why the fuck did you put me in front of Yeji?" I asked. "I trust her, okay?" Hyunjin says. "I just met her! What if she tells someone Hyun?! I'm screwed!" He held my hands, "Ryu, she will not tell anybody, I promise. Look, it's gonna have to come out eventually? You're what? Gonna be queen in three weeks? Ryujin, I want you to find someone." I sighed, and hugged him, "I'm still mad at you but since we have company, I'm dropping it but no more outing please?" He nodded.
We went back into the gaming room and Yeji scooted over, looking at me. I blushed, looking down at the floor. Hyunjin said, "Uh sorry about that." Yeji's hand suddenly touched my thigh and my heart beat increased, looking at her. She spoke, "It must be hard for you.. you should be you.." I blinked, not knowing what to say. Hyunjin looked over, "Ryu, I told you, she's not gonna-" I hit his thigh, "Shut up, stupid, and start up the game."
Yeji laughed and caressed my skin. I bit my lip, mouthing, "Thanks." She furrowed her eyebrows a bit, showing her sympathy, and nodded her head. Soon, we all had our controllers to the game and played it. It was so fun to be honest and maybe it was Yeji that made that happen. "You know you really remind me of your brother," Yeji says when we were left together while Hyunjin went to make us food. He was good at that. Cooking.
I laughed, "Really? How? Because I cannot cook and I sure as hell am not as dorky as he is." Yeji twirled my hair, "Well I don't know you well but you guys have similar laughs and ways of talking. And you both love to nickname people. And you both have slight anger issues." I chuckled, looking at the blonde again. Yeji smiled and then got out a piece of paper and used a pen, writing digits. She handed it to me, "Text me if you ever wanna hangout when that dork is not around." I gave a little grin, putting it in my pocket, "You saying you like me better than my boring ass brother?"
Yeji tapped my nose. "Hey, me and your brother are friends you know. But you're pretty cool.." She says, blushing at the last comment. I leaned closer to her, whispering, "Oh am I this pretty cool?" She smiled with a dimple showing, leaning closer too, "Pretty hot." I smirked, flinching when I heard footsteps near the door, and quickly leaned back over.
Hyunjin came in, "Okay guys, I made a charcuterie board, help yourself." He put it down on the coffee table. I bit my lip, "Thanks Hyunie." He bowed and sat next to me as me and Yeji dug in. We had so much fun that night and I was so glad mom and dad were out of town. "See you tomorrow Yeji," Hyunjin said when we were at the doorway with her. I waved and gave a little wink that my brother hadn't seen. She just gave her precious smile. Yeji waved back to us and he closed the door.
"So I'm quite proud of you for not scaring her off," Hyunjin says after and then says, "Shit did I jinx it?" I crossed my arms, "She was fine." Hyunjin chuckled, "Just fine huh? Why am I feeling like you two had fun talking and don't wanna tell me?" I raised my eyebrows, "What? Oh sorry, couldn't hear you, bakrkrkrjejd, is that our dog? Kwanie, are you okay?!" I looked around for our dog. Hyunjin laughed, "You had fun with her!" I made noises, "Bark bark bark bark. Where's this dog?"
My brother backhugged me and punched my shoulder, "I can never get you to admit things. But that's okay, I know you did." I didn't say anything back. Hyunjin yawned, pulling away, "I'm gonna go to bed." I nodded, watching him go upstairs and to his room. I pulled out the piece of paper in my pocket, texting the number.

"oh are they? i hadn't know. yeah i figured but i haven't noticed it much yet so that'll be a treat huh. yeah i understand, i feel bad for you whiskers." - yeji
"yes they are. yes it's a great treat. and it's all good, i just dunno what's gonna happen when the truth reveals." - ryujin
"im sure you'll be okay. i mean i will not lie, i do think people will be shocked and unacceptable at first but over time, they'll finally understand that whoever you love is your choice and that you'll be making history." - yeji

That was so flirtatious and heart warming, what the fuck. Maybe I fell in love. I just don't know if she's interested in me or not. She was flirty but then I wasn't sure.
| Time Lapse | The next day
I went to my locker, being crowded by news crews which was not what I was expecting. I mean I grew up around paparazzi though, so I was sorta used to it by now. "Where's the King and Queen?" A reported asked me. I answered, "Uh, out of town." Someone asked, "Why?" I hesitated, "Vacation." Then another, "How long-" Then the principal came by. He walked in front of me, "Okay guys, that's enough, we want you of this building." They finally got out.
"Sorry about that Miss Shin." He said, looking at me. "It's okay, thanks Mr. Hyeong." The man smiled and walked on, "Anytime." He was a really nice guy that tried to protect me from paparazzi so my family was real thankful for him. Anyway, I opened my locker, and then felt a hand on my arm, "The whole nine yards aye?" I chuckled, "Yeah. Guess the word got out that my parents are on vacation," I showed an exaggerated expression.
Yeji laughed, leaning against the locker next to mine but she was still facing me, "So can you atleast give me a hint for this weekend?" I smirked, "We just met. Keep it a surprise." She huffed and whined, now holding onto my arm, "Pretty please." I chuckled, "Fine. But one hint." Her eyes light up and she jumped up, "Okay!" I said, "Wear something like as it if it were a date." Yeji blushed and played with my jacket, "Oh is miss queen is taking me out on a date?"
I showed my dimples and shyly said, "Uh well I don't know d-do you like this queen?" Yeji caressed my chin, "It's a surprise." I huffed and then laughed, "Alright, I see what you're doing." Hyunjin came over at that moment, "So now I'm gonna be a third wheel, huh? What are you guys talking about over here that's so secretive?" Yeji jumped and held onto my shoulder, "Jesus Hyunjin, you scared me!"
I growled, "No and we are just talking about last night." Hyunjin looked at us and hummed, "Hmm. Well Yeji, I gotta talk to you." I blinked, looking at the girl in front of me, and she said, "Okay," and got pulled away by him. It's probably about Soobin. Then I had realized that I had seen Yeji before just not as close as I saw her last night. I had seen her all the time with Hyunjin. The bell rung and I grabbed my books, going to class when all the football guys surrounded me. Yeonjun flexed his muscles, "You know I could be a pretty good prince."
I rolled my eyes, "Nice try, Yeon, I'm going to class," I walked past them all, going to the class like I said I would be doing.
| Time Lapse | Saturday morning
Knock. I ran down to the front door and opened the door, seeing the prettiest girl ever to be seen. I took her hand, taking her into my castle. "Welcome your highness," I bowed and kissed her hand. She smiled with a giggle and put my hair behind my ear, "How are you, queen?" I laughed, "Perfect now that you're here."
Yeji closed the door and asked, "So what are we doing?" I took her up to my room and she was stunned at the entrance.
"Like this?" I asked.
"Like this?! Love this!!" She jumped onto my bed and laid out on it, staring at my chandler. I jumped on it too, laying right next to her. We both looked at each other and there was something in the way that we looked at each other I knew that we were gonna be together for a very long time. I spoke, "So now that my surprise is over, why don't you tell me yours?"
Yeji turned her body towards mine so I did the same. She got close to me, wrapping her arm around my neck. We both leaned in, closing our eyes before Yeji's soft lips pressed onto mine. I pulled away after the one kiss and whispered, "I know we just met but I want you to be my princess." Yeji's eyes sparkled and she kissed me again, "Yes, I will be your princess."

The two girls announced that they were partners, the day that Ryujin became queen. Everyone was shocked. Even Hyunjin, although he had some suspicions of the two's flirtatious moments. However, he was very supportive. He found it amazing that he brought two people together. And he even found his own lover. Soobin was his name 😏.
The whole city did exactly as Yeji had predicted. After time, they became acceptable and everyone adored their two queens. Yeji and Ryujin, of course had a lot of wealth so they were able to get the makings of a sperm which Ryujin had made and so that way they could have their own children together. They truly did live happily ever after.
