Guards x Reader: Zura!

If you can, listen to the song at top while reading. It just completes it. Well in my opinion. Also the food and present is basically stuff I like so yeah XD

"Hi (Y/n)-chan." Mao runs up to you.

"Hi Mao." You smile as you feel him wrap his arms around you.

"Come here darling. Sit down." Kiji motions for you to sit down at a booth in the guard room.

"We made all your favourite dishes." Kenshirou walks in with Seitarou behind him. They are both pushing carts of different food.

"Why all the food Zura?" You ask excited.

"It's your birthday Nya!" Mao chirps happily as he starts making a plate for you. He places the plate in front of you and you take a bit out of the grilled cheese.

"This is actually really good." You smile as you continue to eat the rest of your sandwich.

"For the past week we have been learning how to make some food you like to eat." Yamato says.

"It was a bit difficult but we got it done. I never knew making food from another country would smell so good." Seitarou comments.

"I can't believe you guys made food I eat. And I'm from a different country." You say as you take another one of the grilled cheese.

"Are you gonna eat anything else?" Samon asks amused. You practically just abandoned the other food they made.

"Why would I when I have like fifty pounds of grilled cheese sandwiches?" Your voice is muffle with food.

"Chew first before speaking darling. We don't want you to choke." Kiji scolds you.

"Sorry drag queen." You say after you swallow the food in your mouth.

"Before you continue eating the grilled cheese, you should open your present first." Hajime walks in holding a very large box.

"What's in that Zura?" You ask as you get up and walk up to Hajime.

"That's for you to find out." He puts the present box down.

You excitedly climb on furniture to reach the top of the box. You stand on the desk near the corner and pry the lid off of the box.

"I never knew I had to go through so much just to open a box." You comment jokingly as you hop off the desk and go to the back of the box. You push down the box and it successfully falls over.

You then run to the opened end of the box and pull out what's inside.

"Zura!" You shout in awe at the large penguin plush.

"I take that she likes it." Mitsuru comments with a nod.
