Mini Drabble XXIII: Just Pretend We Don't Know Them [Pottertalia]

Idk if this is how it works in Hogwarts but I've always imagined this happening and therefore I will write it.

It was passing time in the halls of Hogwarts, and, as usual, the Ravenclaws walked together. Well, more or less. The quieter males took the lead, Kiku walking quickly with his books pressed to his chest, his brother Loung, as well as Cooper, not far behind. A little bit away from the boys were the two girls, Dreamz and Shelby. They were whispering back and forth to each other, keeping the tone low so no one else could hear what they were saying.

As they were walking, two of the Gryffindor boys, a blonde named Alfred and a brunette named Jett, walked past, their eyes shifting to the group of far-less imitating Ravenclaws.

Jett smirked. "Ay, lookie here mate. Look at them all bunch together like a flock of birds."

Alfred chuckled at the comment. "Haha. Nerds." He called obnoxiously.

Now, the boys kept their eyes adverted, knowing it wasn't in their best interest to care what the Gyffindors thought of them.

Dreamz and Shelby, however, couldn't help but respond.

They both turned, holding their books in one hand and flashing the Gyffindors a bird with the other.

"Fuck off, mates." Dreamz stated.

"Jackasses." Shelby sneered.

Kiku sighed. "I wish they weren't so angry and would refrain from speaking."

"Yeah, it's sort of embarrassing." Loung muttered.

Cooper pinched the bridge of her nose with his free hand. "Just pretend we don't know them."
