Plot: After dying a laughable and pathetic death on his way back from buying a game, high school student and recluse Kazuma Satou finds himself sitting before a beautiful but obnoxious goddess named Aqua. She provides the NEET with two options: continue on to heaven or reincarnate in every gamer's dream—a real fantasy world! Choosing to start a new life, Kazuma is quickly tasked with defeating a Demon King who is terrorizing villages. But before he goes, he can choose one item of any kind to aid him in his quest, and the future hero selects Aqua. But Kazuma has made a grave mistake—Aqua is completely useless! Unfortunately, their troubles don't end here; it turns out that living in such a world is far different from how it plays out in a game. Instead of going on a thrilling adventure, the duo must first work to pay for their living expenses. Indeed, their misfortunes have only just begun!

Opinion:wow, I wasn't expecting something as well as this anime delivered. I thought it was rather good. Now, I stated thinking it'd be horrid. I mean I think we have enough virtual reality fantasy anime out here. And most are from last anime season!
Anyway, I learned about this anime awhile ago when a friend was watching it. He didn't like it. He didn't finish it even. However I decided I'd watch it sooner or later and I'm glad I did. This anime was a comedy, and it defiantly came through on that. Considering the lack of anime that actually make me laugh, this anime is one of the better comedies I've seen.
The plot wasn't all original. Main character is put in a fantasy setting and strives to kill the demon lord. Yeah. Like we haven't seen that, what? A thousand times! That aside I liked their approach to the VR aspect such as skills and creating their classes.
This anime had a beautiful and I'd say cute art style. It flowed every well and I all around loved it. I'll give extra points for how amazing the animation of magic was in this anime. It was marvelous.
This anime also had a cast of charters I came to love. So that's good, a nice funny cast of characters. Even the soundtrack was awesome. This anime just nailed everything all around with me.
