Plot: Centuries ago, mankind was slaughtered to near extinction by monstrous humanoid creatures called titans, forcing humans to hide in fear behind enormous concentric walls. What makes these giants truly terrifying is that their taste for human flesh is not born out of hunger but what appears to be out of pleasure. To ensure their survival, the remnants of humanity began living within defensive barriers, resulting in one hundred years without a single titan encounter. However, that fragile calm is soon shattered when a colossal titan manages to breach the supposedly impregnable outer wall, reigniting the fight for survival against the man-eating abominations.

opinion: I put this anime off for a long time, but I'm glad I watched it. Attack On Titan is heavily centered around action and gore, which I actually really like. All the death and fighting was really fucking cool! I really like the story, and even more the concept of the show. Even though It's one of the more mainstream anime, It's actually really good. A second season is coming soon, and when it does i'm hoping for some Erin X Mikasa, but we won't know until the season arrives! The show has this different style of art, which is why it took so long for me to watch it, but now I think It add character and makes the show stand out.
