Gabby’s POV

“Wake up, baby,” Harry’s voice called to me in my sleep.

I groaned and turned over, pulling the blanket tighter around me. Can’t he see that I’m sleeping?

“Kaylee wants you, baby,” he informed me.

I turned back over and opened my eyes to look at him. He was standing next to the bed with the little baby in his arms. I swear, it had to be one of the best things to see when you wake up in the morning.

I smiled, “Bring her here then.”

I sat up in the bed and put my arms out for him to give her to me. Harry gently placed her in my arms and kissed my forehead.

I looked back to my arms and Kaylee wasn’t there. When I looked up, Harry had disappeared too. My eyes searched for any clue to where I was.

What just happened? Where did he go? Where was Kaylee?

Suddenly the scenery changed from black to dark skies and green grass. There were tombstones everywhere and an open grave before me.

I glanced around only to see people dressed in all black. There was a casket held above the grave by ropes that were slowly descending down into the hole of dirt.

My heart dropped when I read the tombstone. ‘Kaylee Styles’. It had the date of birth and the date of death, only a month apart from each other.

My baby girl just died all over again.

I looked around with my heart pounding in my chest, desperately searching for Harry. I caught a glimpse of him walking out of the cemetery and ran after him.

“Where are you going? You can’t just leave! It’s her funeral! Our baby girl’s funeral,” I started to choke on my words, tears slipping down my cheeks.

“I told you already. I’m going back to England to find someone who can actually have children that live. You’re hopeless,” he spat at me before walking off again.

I knew this would happen. I knew he would leave me because I couldn’t give him what he wanted; it was only a matter of time.

I fell to my knees in the gravel, holding my stomach and feeling completely empty inside. Something had to be wrong, that was the only explanation.

I closed my eyes as the tears came out like a waterfall and the sky broke loose above me, drenching me in rainwater.

Why is this happening?

When I opened my eyes again, I was in a hospital. The room was cold and empty from what I could see.

Suddenly a hand grabbed mine. I looked up to see Harry standing there again.

“What happened?” I asked frantically, sitting up and feeling excruciating pain in my lower abdomen.

“Kaylee…she didn’t make it,” he told me quietly.

“NO! STOP IT!” I screamed at him.

“Gabby, calm down,” Harry’s voice demanded somehow sweetly.

I opened my eyes and looked to my side where I heard Harry’s voice come from. It was dark, but I could see that he was crouched down beside me trying to soothe me by holding my hand and rubbing his thumb over the back of my hand.

A tear slipped out of the corner of my eye just before I sat up. Harry let go of my hand once he knew I was awake.

It was so real. That whole dream felt so real. That’s how it happened, except Harry was never there. Kaylee was gone, that wasn’t a dream no matter how much I wished it was.

“Are you okay?” He asked quietly.

I nodded and glanced around. We were in the basement. Wait…we? Am I dreaming again?

“How did you get in here?” I quizzed.

“There’s a window up there,” he pointed to a hole that was at level with the ground outside but above our heads in the basement.

“Where were you? Why didn’t you come sooner?” I began to tear up.

“Can we talk about this later?”

“No. I want to know now.”

“Well you’re going to have to wait because he’s coming.”

“What do I do? What are you going to do?”

“You just need to act like your still scared shitless and like you don’t even know I’m here.”

“But what about you?”

“I’m going to kick his ass.”

The floorboards above us creaked again and Harry stood up and hid in the corner opposite of me. I stayed where I was as he motioned for me to be quiet by putting his finger over his lips.

Light shone down the staircase and the sound of his shoes touching each step built my anxiety up higher. When I looked at Harry, he seemed to be listening intently to the footsteps.

They became louder, coming closer and closer until Shawn was right in front of me. He gave me a devilish grin.

“Don’t pass out this time so we can have fun. You can pass out afterwards, I know you’ll want to.”

God, he is so disgusting.

“Sorry, but I’d rather not.”

“What the fuck did you just say to me bitch?”

“She said no,” Harry backed me up as he came up behind Shawn and shoved him against the nearest wall, pinning him against it.

“I think you need to learn who you’re fucking with, asshole.”

Can you just imagine the Harry Styles doing that? Oh my Jesus, that'd be so freaking hot...sorry. lol. xx
