Chapter Twenty

*Next Day*

Shay POV

I was getting ready for today when Aaron came in my room.
"Shay you in here?" He called
"I'm in the bathroom hold on." I said
"Okay I really need to talk to you." He said. I came out in an Adidas shirt, ripped jeans, and a black flannel shirt (above)
"Hey what do ya need?" I asked putting my hair into a high ponytail.
"Um it's about me and Jo like last night when we were watching the movie it didn't feel right like it wasn't supposed to be me comforting her. I don't know what to do and please don't tell Jo because I don't know how she feels." He said
"Okay you know what I'll talk to Jo and see how she feels and you two can go from there okay?" I said. He was starting to cry.
"Aaron don't cry it's okay, it'll be okay, I'm going to talk to Jo before we go to breakfast okay?" I said
"And Aaron you listen to me if she feels the same way then it wasn't meant to be okay? I'll be back I'm going to go talk to her." I said starting to walk out he grabbed my wrist and pulled me into a hug.
"Thank you for everything and whether or not you like it you will always be my best friend and unbiological sister." He said. I felt a few more teardrops on my head. Then Hayes walked in and saw Aaron crying.
"Aaron why don't you spend some guy time with Hayes and I can go talk to Jo." I said

Hayes POV

I walked into my room and found Shay hugging Aaron she gave me the 'somethings wrong' look and I understood.
"Hey man what's wrong?" I asked
"Just relationship stuff you know." He said
"Honestly I don't but you wanna go do something fun?" I suggested
"Yeah but first we should get to breakfast then we have a show." He said
"That's what I meant about fun the girls are gonna be back stage the whole time and you get to be up there in front of your adoring fans and you also get to be there with your best friends." I said
"Yeah I guess come on let's go." He said.

Shay POV

I walked over to Jo's room and knocked. Jo answered the door.
"Hey can I come in please I need to talk to you." I said. She let me in and gestured for me to sit down.
"So what's up?" She asked
"Well it's about you and Aaron and I know it's none of my business but I saw you guys last night it looked like you were really uncomfortable." I said
"Honestly I was, I love Aaron but I think it's more of a brother sister love than an actual deep passionate love. I don't really know how to explain it but I think you know what I mean." She said
"Yep I do know what you mean and I don't know if I should tell you this but Aaron thinks you guys should go back to being good friends because he feels the same way you just described." I said
