Skyler's POV:

"So, what are you going to put on your lips now?" Shawn asked as he wrapped his muscly arms around me.

"I think I'm just going to put lip gloss on instead of lipstick." I told him, and then grabbed one of my favorite lip glosses out of my makeup bag.

"That's a good choice because if I decide to wipe that off–"

"Which you won't." I told him as I opened the lip gloss.

"and it gets all over my mouth...it won't be that visible as lipstick." Shawn continued.

"Your lips will be glossy though." I smiled, and then started applying lip gloss onto my lips.

"I don't care. I can have glossy pretty lips." Shawn said.

I chuckled, and then finished putting on my lip gloss.

When I was finished, I rubbed the lip gloss all over my lips, closed the lip gloss, put it back in the bag, and then walked out of the bathroom.

"Look at you," Shawn said as he checked me out.

I decided to be goofy and do a few modeling poses.

"You're so cute," Shawn said as he walked out of the bathroom.

I stopped doing poses, grabbed his hand, and then said, "Let's go."

We walked out of the room and back into the living room.

Shawn quickly finished his breakfast, and then we both cleaned up our mess.

We threw both of our plates and water bottles in the trash.

When we did that, we both realized that the trash was full.

"Okay, I guess I'll take out the trash." Shawn said, and then grabbed the trash bag that was filled with trash out of the can.

"It smells bad," I said with a disgusted look on my face.

"Yeah. That's why it needs to get out of here." Shawn said, grabbed a jacket, put the jacket on, and then went outside.

I couldn't help but just smile. I was so happy.

I walked to Brian and Drew who were eating at the table.

"Well, someone is happy." Brian said with his mouth full as he saw me smiling.

"Yeah I am," I said as I kept on smiling.

"Knockidy knock knock." Aaliyah said as she entered the cabin.

"Liyah!" I said with excitement, and then she appeared in the kitchen.

"How did everyone sleep?" She asked as she walked to Brian, Drew, and I.

"I slept really good like really good." I answered.

"Me too, surprisingly." Aaliyah said.

"I slept really good." Drew said after he swallowed what was in his mouth.

"Dude, are there any pancakes left?" Aaliyah asked as she looked at Brian.

"Yeah, go help yourself. A plate of pancakes is on the island over there." Brian replied and drank some water.

"Sweet!" Aaliyah smiled, and then went over to grab some pancakes.

Shawn suddenly came back in the cabin and he had snow all in his hair.

"It's snowing outside," Shawn said as he walked to me.

"The snow glows white on the mountain today
Not a footprint to be seen," Brian sang.

"Please no," I said.

"Let It Go, seriously man?" Shawn chuckled as he wrapped his arm around me.

"It's a really good song. Come on, Aaliyah. Sing it with me." Brian said as Aaliyah came to the table with a plate of pancakes and a drink.

Once she placed her drink and plate down, she joined Brian in singing.

A kingdom of isolation
And it looks like I'm the queen
The wind is howling like this swirling storm inside
Couldn't keep it in, heaven knows I've tried
Don't let them in, don't let them see
Be the good girl you always have to be
Conceal, don't feel, don't let them know
Well, now they know

"Come on, Skyler." Brian smiled, and then continued singing with Aaliyah.

Let it go, let it go
Can't hold it back anymore
Let it go, let it go
Turn away and slam the door
I don't care what they're going to say
Let the storm rage on
The cold never bothered me anyway
Let it go, let it go
Can't hold it back anymore
Let it go, let it go
Turn away and slam the door
Let it go (go, go, go go, go go, go go, go, go, go go)
Let it go
Let it go
Let it go

All Shawn was doing was shaking his head.

I kept on laughing.

Drew suddenly joined Brian and Aaliyah.

It's funny how some distance makes everything seem small
And the fears that once controlled me can't get to me at all
It's time to see what I can do
To test the limits and break through
No right, no wrong, no rules for me
I'm free
Let it go, let it go
I am one with the wind and sky
Let it go, let it go
You'll never see me cry
Here I stand and here I stay
Let the storm rage on

Aaliyah was doing all kinds of dances and acted like she was some ice skater.

"Come on Shawn," Brian looked at Shawn saying.

Shawn shook his head no while taking his jacket off.

I sighed, rolled my eyes, and then I joined in singing for the last bit of the song.

My power flurries through the air into the ground
My soul is spiraling in frozen fractals all around
And one thought crystallizes like an icy blast
I'm never going back, the past is in the past
Let it go
The cold never bothered me anyway
Let it go, let it go
And I'll rise like the break of dawn
Let it go, let it go
That perfect girl is gone
Here I stand in the light of day
Let the storm rage on

"You guys are all weird. All of you." Shawn said as we all posed in front of him.

"It was fun singing that song," Aaliyah said and sat down in a chair in front of her food.
