I was just standing there. Just waiting and watching the embers as they joined the stars above. The moon was high in the sky shine down on us light a beacon. I glanced around me smiling over at Virgil as he held me tightly. The subtle glow of my skin slowly dying down as no doubt Virgil was drawing it in. There was just one thing. One thing I completely forgot about. It never even crossed my mind the entire time we were out here.

"Uh, Dee?" He looked over at me with this confused look and I frowned with worry. "You ok over there?" I could see Virgil's eyes slowly widen as he looked over at his brother who was giving us this look.

"Wait..." Remy's voice broke through the awkward silence as it shook with worry. I guess I wasn't the only one that didn't notice. "How is he..."

"Why are you all looking at me like that?" He started to fuss with his hair and I could see his eyes slowly glossing over. "Is there something wrong with my..." He swayed a bit making him stop to have to balance himself out and his eyes narrowed. "...hair? Roman?" I slowly let go of Virgil's hand to catch Deceit before his body gave out and I tensed up feeling the buzz surrounding me.

"Ro, what's going on?

"Roman?"

"Glowstick dude?"

"Shh..." I held Deceit close as I saw his eyes glaze over and it hit me. I was keeping him up. I was letting off just enough energy for him to latch on to, but know that I caught on, I wasn't anymore. We had to get him back inside otherwise he'd be sleeping in the dirt. "Dee, I need you to hold on to me." They all shot me this look and I frowned as Dee just shook his head. "Deceit we need to take you back to the cabin."

"I'm too tired." Remy tensed up as Deceit nearly fell out of pure exhaustion alone. "let me... let me sleep."

"You can sleep after we get you inside." I fixed his position in my arms and sighed. "Rem... can you please..." Remy wasted no time in running over to help. He wrapped Deceit's free arm around his neck and help to get Dee standing enough so that he could walk. I held tightly to Dee's arm letting the energy I was still able to give off help to keep him able move. Deceit groaned in annoyance as he glared over at me and I laughed. "Come on, Dee."

We managed back to the cabin with relative ease. Mainly thanks to Remy helping me as Deceit kept wanting to stop. We laid him down in the one room with Virgil's hoodie as a sort of blanket. It was all we had since our RV got destroyed. I was surprised Virgil even gave him it. It wasn't like we asked. Virgil just handed it over once we got Dee inside.

"How is he?" Remy was the first to speak the moment I closed the door. They were all standing around the room. The two near twins stood by the one wall closest to the table. Remus sat on said table while Remy stood impatiently worried beside him. Virgil narrowed his eyes from the other side of the table sitting in a chair, unlike Remus. "Roman, how..."

"Deceit's fine, Rem. He was just tired." That didn't do anything to calm his nerves it seems.

"How was he even up?" Virgil frowned as he looked around at everyone. I was surprised at how nobody seemed to be mentioning Virgil's lack of disguise right now. Only the girl seemed to be glancing ever so often at him but other than that they were focused solely on Remy. "He should have fallen asleep the moment the sun went down. How... And why did he..."

"Deceit doesn't ever grasp the idea that he up at night. Even though we were outside, I am sure he wasn't even fully aware of that fact." I groaned as I walked over to the table ignoring Remy dirty look. He wasn't angry he was just worried.

"But Dee doesn't..."

"It was my fault." Remy tensed up as I put my head in my heads and sighed. Everyone was trying to be silent letting me work through things but there really wasn't anything to work through. "I did it before when I was younger too. Although I was trying last time."
