Chapter 64: Dark Power

~Terra~

I was holding Seth's hand as we walked along the sidewalk. I felt whole with him. I just hated how I was never gonna be enough.

"What are you thinking about?"
He asked me as I look up at him.

"You." I said smiling.

"So you think maybe we could be something more? That this is just more than a fling right?"
I stopped walking and locked gazes with him.

He stopped holding both my hands.
"I don't know. I feel like we could be more but...I don't at the same time like love is nothing to me."

"Don't act like a person who doesn't care."

"That is the thing! I don't care! I am not a human being, a person!"
I yanked both my hands back and began walking the opposite way.

He followed behind me as I ignored him. ''No you are Terra I've seen it."

"No. I am just like Cameron. My mother may be the devils daughter, but I am just as bad."

"No your not. Stop thinking that!"
I clenched my fists as a fireball formed in my hands.

"DOES THIS LOOK HUMAN TO YOU!?"
I showed him as he just looked at it and then I cooled down.

"That is what I thought."
I then began walking away as he caught my wrist.

"No, no Terra I am not letting you ruin your life. Thinking you're this horrible thing I can't be with. I believe your better than this."

"My mom can't fight hers, so how could I?" A tear evolved in my eye and I touched it.

"What is this?"

"Emotion. You have feelings Terra. There's proof right there."
I then cried more as I pulled him in for a hug.

"I'm scared..."

He holds me tight, and I gasp in a big air of breath. "I know."
He whispered as I shut my eyes, and pictured that this moment would last forever.

~Venus~

I was sent back to my room only to say goodbye to everyone. I can't lie to them but then again, it is better to think your friend is going on a trip then going to hell.

I held my tears back and heard the door open. Aron came in with his head down. "Hey."

He then looks at me and I run up and kiss him. I craved his kiss and I probably shouldn't have done it. But I needed to. This was the last time I would see him.

He pulls away.

"What was that for?"
I then didn't realize I was crying as he wipes my tears with his thumb.

"You ok?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. I just am...I am...glad your here."
He looks at my arm.

"What happened!?"
He was worried as soon as he laid eyes on It.

"It's nothing, I just fell."
I then knew I couldn't lie. This was the worst lie I ever told.

"Venus?"

"I did it. I didn't mean to. I just wanted it to stop" I said.

"Wanted what to stop?"
Then I hear Seth at the door come in holding Terra's hand.

"Sorry we went for a walk. What is it you needed?"

"Just to say that I um...Aron. Your soul is free."
He looks at me with widen eyes.

"What? How?"

"That is awesome man!"
Said Seth as he came over.

"Venus, what did you do?"
Then I swallowed hard and had everyones eyes on me.

"I had to."

"Had to what! Tell me now."

I held his hand for a brief second and closed. My eyes. "I am sorry. You will find out eventually."

I then back away and still with my eyes shut.

''Venus? VENUS! SNAP OUT OF IT!"
Then in that moment I couldn't hear their voices. Not Aron's, not Seth's, not even Terra's.

All I heard where the voices, and I felt power. Then my eyes opened up and they were as dark as the night sky.

"Venus?"
Asked Seth as he said in a shaky voice.

I smiled, and then vanished.
