It was 6:30 when I woke up, I quietly got up from the bed and left the room, I noticed that Mr, and Mrs. Riggs were awake and so I walked downstairs. They were just watching TV, but were surprised to see me already awake.
"Morning." Mrs. Riggs states.
"Morning." I respond.
"How come you're up so early?" Mrs. Riggs wonders.
"I guess my body just wanted to start off the day bright and early." I answer. "It's like that for me sometimes."
I sat down on the chair and just watched what they were watching. It didn't surprise me that they were watching "The Young and the Restless".
"Want some tea?" Mrs. Riggs offers
"Yes, please." I answer.
Mrs. Riggs left the living room and had gone to make me my cup of tea. It only took her two minutes to return, she handed me my cup and then went back to sitting with her husband.

37 minutes later...
The episode we were watching was now officially over. Once I was done my cup of tea I went into the kitchen, washed it and put it in the rack. I then returned to the chair I was sitting in and we watched one more episode.
Mr, and Mrs. Riggs were surprised at how much I was enjoying the show.
"Why do you like this soap opera so much?" Mrs. Riggs asks.
"I used to watch it with my mom." I state.
"Doesn't it bring back memories?"
"It does. But I can't rely on the past, I should be focusing on the present. Don't get me wrong I still think about her and miss her dearly but what kind of person would I be if I was just stuck in the past?" I answer.
It was pass seven and from what I could tell Grayson, Chandler and Hana were just waking up and were making there way down the stairs. It was no surprise that as soon as the three of them arrived downstairs a commercial for "The Walking Dead," came on.
"Have you ever dreamed about being on the hit TV series The Walking Dead?"
I nodded.
"Have you ever thought to yourself, hey if I was in The Walking Dead, I'd be one hell of a survivalist?"
I nodded again and immediately got out my phone and got ready to dial.
"Before we give you the number to dial I have one thing to say good luck."
As soon as the number appeared I entered it as fast as I could and called. It rang and rang until someone picked up and said, "Hello and congratulations, who am I speaking to?"
"Daniel." I reply, excitedly.
"Well, Daniel let me just say that you're on your way to be on The Walking Dead, how do you feel about that?"
"I'm actually quite surprised." I announce.
"Well I hope you enjoy this once in a lifetime opportunity."
"I will."
The call then ended and everyone was surprised. They all started congratulating me and hugged me. Soon after it was time for me and Chandler to head to the set of "The Walking Dead".

On the road...
"The Walking Dead is certainly going to be more exciting now that you're in it, I can't wait to meet your character." Chandler states.
"Just make sure Rick doesn't shoot me or anyone else, but mostly make sure Michonne doesn't decapitate me." I respond. "I have a feeling that my character will becoming in from the trees."
"Whys that?" Chandler wonders.
"Well, they might want Rick's group to think that I'm a walker so everyone will be ready to strike, but they may also make it look like I've just been through a massacre." I answer.
"You know I think I actually just visualized what your character would look like if they did it that way." Chandler exclaimed.

30 minutes later...
Mrs. Riggs had pulled up to the studio, dropped us off, and then drove off. Both of us entered, Chandler walked to his trailer and I walked over to the spot that said "Contest Winner!"
"Ahh, you must be Daniel."
"Yes I am."
"Right through here."
The man escorted me to the audition room and I entered.
"Daniel, I presume."
I nodded.
"Well, Daniel, let me just say that we are thrilled to have you audition for our show."
"Well, it's an honour to be here."
The casting director handed me my script.
"Ok, to start this scene off your character had just been tortured and was left for dead. Your walking through the forest asking for help, you're bleeding pretty badly."
"A-a-anyo-one, please, I-I n-need h-help. Is anyone out t-t-here?" I spoke, with pain.
"Not to shabby kid, not to shabby. What do you think, are you ready to be on camera?"
"Only if you think I'm ready." I respond.
"Well all right then. Take five. We'll be waiting for you."
I left the audition room and approached the refreshment table, I grabbed a few snacks and some apple juice. Chandler approached me.
"Well, did you get the part?" Chandler queries.
Tears filled my eyes, I looked at Chandler.
"Truth be told Chandler, they said my acting needs more practice and to come back in about two years time, but..." I answer.
"But what?"
I hesitated to reply.
"Come on Daniel, tell me? What happened?"
I just started laughing.
"Wow. My acting must be good enough to fool you, haha! I got the part!" I roar.
"You actually did have me there." Chandler implies.
"Daniel please report to the set, once again Daniel please report to the set."
I then left and headed onto the set.

30 minutes later...
The introduction for my character was done and all that was left was to shoot the part where I find Rick's group. I was told to take five, but I didn't need it, so I just stayed where I was. Once all the cast members were ready the scene had started, I of course was making my way throw the trees and I started to say my line. Once I came into view I said, "C-can you g-guys help me..." That was when my character passed out.

7 hours later...
Chandler and I were done for the day and I had to say that had to become of the best episode they did so far. As soon as we got outside Mrs. Riggs and the others were waiting in the SUV. Since we didn't want to keep them waiting we ran to the vehicle and entered. Mrs. Riggs then drove off.
