He starts making a gesture inferring that they kill Thanos's baby self. Louis chuckles.
Bruce: First of all, that's horrible.
Rhodey: It's Thanos.
Bruce: And secondly, time doesn't work that way. Changing the past doesn't change the future.
Omid chimes in.
Omid: Look, we go back, we get the stones before Thanos gets the them. Thanos doesn't have the stones. Problem solved.
Daryl: Bingo.
Louis: This can go off without a hitch.
Nebula: That's not how it works.
Louis: Well, cyborg lady, that's what I heard.
Bruce: Wait, but who? Who told you that?
Rhodey: Star Trek, Terminator, Timecop, Time After Time...
Omid: Quantum Leap.
Rhodey: Wrinkle in Time, Somewhere in Time.
Louis: Hot Tub Time Machine.
Rhodey: Hot Tub Time Machine. Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure.
Louis: That's a cool movie.
Rhodey: Basically, any movie that deals with time travel.
Omid: Die Hard. No, that's not one.
Rhodey: This is known.
Bruce scoffs.
Bruce: I don't know why everyone believes that but that isn't true. Think about it. If you travel to the past that past becomes your future and your former present becomes the past...which can't now be changed by your new future.
Nebula: Exactly.
Louis is still confused by all the logic. He shakes his head.
Omid: So Back to the Future is a bunch of bullshit?"

Daryl stands in the middle of the newly built Quantum tunnel in his time travel suit. The team is by the console as the test is about to commence.
Bruce: All right, Daryl. We're going in three, two, one.
Bruce presses the button and shrinks Daryl, transporting him into the quantum realm.
Steve: So how long does this take?
Bruce: Maybe about...
Suddenly, Daryl reappears in a bright flash. He is on all fours screaming the name of his daughter. The test run went quicker than expected.
Andrea runs to Daryl and helps him up.
Andrea: Hey. Hey, look at me. You okay?
Daryl looks around, still in a daze and panting.
Daryl: Yeah. Yeah, I'm fine.
He looks at the baseball mitt in his hands. He then looks at you.
Daryl: It worked...it worked.
He tosses the mitt and you who catch it. You smile as you grasp the object. Louis is also in awe.
