Supplies:
~Bin
~Acrylic paint
~Pencil
Steps:
1. Dip the eraser part of your pencil in the paint.
2. Dot the eraser on the bin to make the perfect polka dot. Continue steps 1 and 2 for as many dots as you want.
3. Wait for it to dry.
