The buzzer sounded, signaling halftime. I stepped out of the gym to catch some air. I saw Will standing in line, buying candy from the concession stand. After he got his items and stepped out of line, I walked towards him.

We were dominating the game as our opponent was a team from the other side of the tracks. They didn't stand a chance against us.

He glanced up at me and smiled, giving me a hug.

"I didn't know you'd be here." I pulled from his embrace.

"I didn't have to work, so I thought I'd come out and support." He ate his snickers bar.

"Gimme piece." I stated with a pout.

"Here, greedy." He gave me the candy bar.

I took it from him and took a bite out of it.

"Mmm." I moaned at the taste. I took another bite.

"Just keep it." He shook his head.

"Thank you, baby." I smiled.

"Yeah, yeah." He rolled his eyes.

"Gimme kiss." I replied.

He lowered his head and pecked my lips.

"Let's go before it gets back crowded." I stated.

"Ight."

We went back inside the gym.

KANI

The game was over and we won might I add. I walked to the parking lot, when I spotted Will standing against his car on his phone. I smiled to myself as I walked over to him.

I cleared my throat to gain his attention. He glanced up and looked at me.

"What do you want, Kani?" He asked, annoyed.

"Not happy to see me?"

"Nah."

"Why are you here?" I ignored his comment.

"Why else? For the game like everyone else." He stated, smartly.

"Okay, you don't have to be a smart ass."

"Don't ask dumb ass questions." He shrugged.

"I was just asking."

"Don't ask."

"Shouldn't you be with Danny? Why are you bothering me?" He asked.

I smirked. "Are you mad now that I'm with your friend?"

"Nah."

"You sure? Cause you seemed pretty heated when you found out."

"I'm positive, Kani. I don't care about what y'all got going on."

"I know you still want me, Will." I got closer to him.

He laughed. "You're crazy as hell."

"Am I? We almost kissed at Tremaine's party. The only reason we didn't is because your lil girlfriend stopped us. Had she not barged in, we would've done it."

"Psh, nah."

"You think so?" I asked.

"I know-" I cut him off by pressing my lips against his.

This is what I've been craving for. His plump lips on mine.

"What the fuck?!" A voice shouted.

Will pushed me off of him. We turned and saw an angry faced Danny.
