Sienna
-------
While Austin was having a 'guy' day with his father, Vic, Alan, and Mike decided to take her out for lunch. Sienna didn't know it at first, but they planned on the restaurant that they first took her to when she was at home while her father was on tour. The one that Noah worked at.
Sienna realized it when they sat down at a booth and a very familiar person asked them if they wanted to start off with a drink. Of course, Sienna sank lower in her seat, feeling her stomach tie into knots and her heart begin to break all over again.
"Oh god, are you Vic Fuentes? Holy shit and you're Mike Fuentes? Dude! Alan Ashby too? Holy shit! I'm a huge fan of both of your guys' music!" Noah went into instant fangirl mode. Any other time, Sienna would have found it adorable, but since Noah had already met them before and totally forgot about Sienna, it made her feel worse inside.
"Hey, man," Vic said easily, not even showing that he was surprised that Noah didn't say anything about Sienna, "how's your day going?"
"Better now that I've finally met you! Holy shit! Dude, okay, like, I saw you at warped tour when my brother was on, and it was so fucking awesome man, I just-" Noah broke himself off and covered his mouth, grinning like a little fan girl. "Oh my god, okay, I'm gonna get fired if I don't shape up. Okay. Woo." His face was bright red. "Can I start you off with some drinks?"
"Stella." Mike said, causing a sense of deja vu run though her. If only Noah could feel the same.
"Water," Vic said.
"I'll have some ginger ale." Alan said and Mike stifled a snicker. "Shut up, Michael."
"Lemonade." Sienna murmured. "Please."
Noah looked at her and she was waiting to see Noah's look of recognition, or his smile of love whenever he looked at her before the accident, but he only did that half-assed grin that the employee did to the customer.
"Great. I'll be right back with your drinks. Then will y'alls be ready to order?" The group all nodded and Sienna looked down at her hands. She watched as Noah walked away a skip in his step from meeting his favorite people in the world. Again. It was sad to see. It was…almost pathetic. Sienna glared at the Fuentes brothers, pissed that they took her to this restaurant.
"Hey," Vic said softly, "we didn't know he was going to be working."
"But there was still a possibility of him working, wasn't there?" Sienna snapped. "I'm not happy that you brought me here. Do you know how hard it is?"
Vic bit his lip. "No, I don't. I'm sorry." Sienna frowned and crossed her arms over her chest and sank into her seat more. Alan put his arm comfortingly around her shoulders.
"Whatever. I'm not going to stay mad at you." Sienna said, after a few minutes of Vic and Mike giving her puppy dog eyes. Alan squeezed her shoulder, then brought his arm back around her to rest at his side. "What are you guys going to get?"
Sure, it hurt like hell to see her boyfriend, or ex-boyfriend, go about his day and not even remember her. As they discussed their orders, she heard the door jingle open and there was the sound of heels clicking on the floor.
"Hey, Doug." Giggled a girl's voice. "Is Noah in?"
An older man wearing a name tag reading the manager gave the girl a smile. "Yeah, Eva. He's in the back. You can go in. Just don't distract him too much. You're lucky today's not a busy day."
Eva nodded. She had brown wavy hair and bright red lipstick. She was wearing skin tight pants and a loose fitting crop top. She also gracefully wobbled around on red stilettos, and already, Sienna got the 'bitch vibe' from her.
Eva smiled at the group and walked towards the kitchen.
"Close your mouth, Mike, you've got a girlfriend." Vic said, rolling his eyes. Mike snorted, bringing Sienna back into the real world.
"Sienna was staring too!"
"She can stare." Vic said, jokingly scolding his brother. "You can't."
"Sienna and I can though." Alan teased, making a rude gesture at Mike. Mike laughed, shaking his head.
"Here are your drinks." said Noah's voice, as he set a large tray on the table. Again, Sienna was hit with a nauseating wave of deja vu. "Stella for Mike, water for Vic, ginger ale for Alan, and Sprite for…I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name…?"
Sienna swallowed thickly, trying to will the tears away. "Sienna."
"That's a pretty name." Noah said with another smile. "A Sprite for Sienna." He placed the drink in front of her and Sienna had to close her eyes again. "Are you guys ready to order?"
"Can you-" Sienna started to whisper in Alan's ear.
"Yeah." Alan nodded. "I'll order for you." Sienna didn't know how he knew what she was going to ask, but she was grateful for it.
After they got their orders in, Noah was suddenly attacked by the girl, Eva.
"Hey babe!" Eva chirped in Noah's ear. Noah was only a few tables away from their table, but Sienna could still hear their conversation. "How's your day?"
"It's good." Noah said, turning his head a little and kissing her cheek. Sienna felt even more sick to her stomach. "How's yours?"
"Better now that I'm with you, sweetie!" Eva giggled.
Sienna's nostrils flared. "Fuck. Alan, I can't-"
"Okay." Alan muttered. "We can leave if you want to-"
"But I don't want to leave. That would make me selfish. Can we go outside?" Sienna was keeping her voice low so Noah didn't hear her. Or maybe it was the other way around. She wanted to still hear their conversation.
"Yeah. We'll be right back. I need a smoke and she needs to call her dad." Alan said, nodding to the door. Mike nodded.
"Kay. If you take too long, then I'll get you guys."
Sienna nodded and Alan walked with her to the door that led outside. Right as the door closed, Sienna broke down into tears, clutching onto Alan's shirt. Alan held her as best as she could, but he ended up slowly kneeling down with her. She wrapped her arms around his neck and sobbed harder. Alan rubbed her back.
"It's okay, Si."
"N-no! It's n-not!" Sienna shook horribly, rubbing her chest. The scar was still slightly raised on her skin and she hated the feeling. She wished she could rip herself open and bleed out. At least she wouldn't have to feel this way anymore. "H-he's with a g-girl! H-how-he forgot me!" She wailed, tears running down her cheeks.
"Sienna, it's okay. I promise." Alan said. It was so dull that Sienna knew he was lying.
"How is it going to be alright?"
Alan shrugged. "I mean, you know. There's going to come a time when he remembers. Trust me. He will remember. I know he will."
Sienna bit her lip.
"I don't know this time, Alan."
"Well, I do. Wipe those tears, Sienna. And trust me, she's not that pretty anyway. Maybe, I would have a couple of flings with her, but I would have a relationship with you. You're real, Sienna. It's rare to see these days."
Sienna cried for a little while longer, just wanting to be comforted in this horrible mess she was thrown into. Alan soothed her and kissed her forehead. Sienna didn't know what she was going to do.
The thought of ripping herself open and dying was still on her mind. She knew what she was going to do. She just needed to go home to follow through. She didn't need to feel this way anymore, so she was finally going to do something about it.
