Avengers One-Shots. My writing gets better.
Almost never my photos, only photos of mine are the ones of my dog.
So these are one shots . This book used to be called 'The Avengers picking Peter up from School' but I changed it into what it is now...
Two black and silver coffins were gently carried down the long hallway. The coffins contained two of the most famous people in history's bodies.
Steve and Peggy Carter.
Steve had taken Peggy's last name to stay out of the spotlight. They had lived a happy life, right until their deaths. Steve has died from a heart attack, and Peggy slipped trying to help him, fatally cracking her skull.
The coffins ended up at the front of the aisle, where the couple had gotten married, baptised their two kids, Angelica and Eliza, watched their friends get married, and even watched Angelica get married only a month before.
Bucky stepped up to the front of the almost empty church. At the funeral there was only Sam, Peter, Pepper, Morgan, Angelica, Eliza, Clint and Laura, Rhodey, Thor, Bruce.
The press would have a field day, finding out the Avengers went to some old people's funeral. But that could wait. Now was time to mourn.
Bucky cleared his throat, and his mouth started saying the words that he had practiced over and over, but his mind was not paying attention.
"Steve had stuck with me for as long as I could remember. He rescued me so many times, it's barely funny. Peggy was the brains of the operation, and without her, we would have been be dead many times over. Their loss will, and already has, impacted us so much. The world will not be the same without Peggy and Steve Carter."
He finished, and shuffled back to his seat. Someone else made a speech, but Bucky wasn't paying attention. Steve's quote echoed through his head.
