Derina's POV-

We were leaving for Hawaii today. And I and Mason haven't talked about the kiss at all. We are ignoring the topic efficiently. We were texting all day yesterday.

"Hey! What are you doing?" -D

"I'm busy." -M

"How mean! Can't you be nice for a minute?" -D

"Why do I have to?" -M

"Because, you don't have to be an arrogant jerk all the time." -D

"What a pain it is acting to be nice to someone when I clearly don't want to." -M

"I want to be offended, but I won't." -D

"Are you done? I've to go." -M

"What the hell are you doing other than thinking about me?" -D

"Oh me? I'm thinking about many others." -M

"You're an ass." -D

"And you love it." -M

"I don't love your ass." -D

"I never said you love my ass. I said you Love when I'm being an ass.
P.S: Are you thinking about my ass?" -M

"I'm not. You know what I don't care." -D

"Now that's a lie." -M

"Go to hell." -D

I don't know but I have now started feeling that the kiss was just an 'in the moment' thing for him. Maybe it meant nothing to him. And I, am gonna do everything to get his confession out of him in this trip. He will have to yell on top of his voice that he likes me and the kiss meant something.

It was beautiful and addicting. Yesterday was one of the best nights for me.

We are leaving along with our families. I'm excited for the wedding and Grandma. Today in morning, were the dress fittings for us and Mason hadn't come for that too saying that the tuxedos will fit him perfect and he's busy. I wonder what he was doing all the time.
Let's see what Hawaii has got for us.

"I'm having a massive headache right now." Jess was holding her head in her palms and we were sitting on the airport waiting for the announcements. All parents were standing and talking. Ladies discussing dresses and gossiping obviously. Gents talking about business. Daniel's family had already left yesterday for the arrangements.

"Should I get a coffee for you? Let's go to Starbucks." Nick was saying to her. Oh what an ideal boyfriend. And Mason wasn't my boyfriend but we did kiss. He didn't even greet me properly.

"Nick, you're whipped man." Derek said and patted his back. Jessica smiled.

My Dad was talking with Derek's. Something serious I guess.

"Take Derina with you." I looked at my mother, she was telling Mason to take me with him.

"What? Where?" I asked.

"To hand this laptop to one of my assistants. They are gonna need it here for work." Why was Mason going with the laptop? It was my mother's.

"Fine."

I walked towards them and gestured Mason to walk. We have to go to the assistant waiting outside. Why did my Mom even get the laptop to the airport then?
