After he dropped me off, I walked to the doorstep and knocked on the door. A boy answered the door. He was cute... I couldn't help but to stare.

"Helloooo?!" He waved in my face.

"Oh... Sorry. I'm sorry. Umm... I'm such a fool... Is Amour here?" I asked turning red.

He looked back into the house. I looked back at the driveway. There was a silver Mercedes there.

"Why?" He stepped out and closed the door behind him.

"I just wanna welcome her back... See when she's coming back to school... Y'know?" I smiled.

He returned the smile. "I might have to sneak you in... I like a little trouble."

"Are you kidding?!" I laughed.

"Nah. I can get you in. Grab my hand and I'll lead you." He smirked. "They on the couch... Back door. Can you jump a fence?"

"Mhm..."

"Go around and I'll unlock the door. The stairs are near the back door. But there's 1 thing I need from you..."

"What?"

"Your number."

"We'll see. I promise I won't say no." I blushed and started my way to the back.

After struggling to jump the fence, I finally got it and ran to the door. I turned the knob and silently creeped it open. Then I found the stairs and went up.

"Which door is hers?" I asked standing between 3 closed doors.

"The 3rd 1. Unlock it."

I unlocked the door and opened it. I saw Amour laying on the floor in a corner.

"Amour!" I whispered closing the door. "Amour!" I shook her until she woke up.

"What? What are you doing here? Who let you in?" She asked.

"X sent me to see you. That boy let me in." I smiled and blushed sweetly.

"Adrian?" She asked.

"The tall lightskin."

"Yeah. My new stepbrother." She rolled her eyes.

"So tell me... What's going on?"

"He just met my mom... Yesterday I guess she liked him. He didn't say anything about her though. But we we're laying down together in here and my parents got home so we put on our clothes and my mom walked in. She got upset because he was in my room. I told her I was showing him around..."

"You weren't doing anything else before y'all were laying down?"

"Umm... I didn't lose my virginity..." She smiled anxiously.

"Wow. Keep going."

"I went off on my mom, she called my stepdad... He made Xzavier leave and I cussed at my mom while locking myself in the bathroom. My stepdad busted down the door and switched the lock on my room door. Then my mom said I was gonna quit school and never come outta my room. And she took my phone. I have times where I can and can't eat and times where I have to go to sleep."

"They're captivating you for having a boyfriend...? That's not right. I gotta get you outta here."

"They'll find me! And Xzavier's gun is under the couch! He probably misses it."

"When nobody's here... Tomorrow I'll come get you. I'll set up a deal with Adrian to leave the back door unlocked."

"I don't know... She'll send out a search party for me and I'll be dead!"

"So?! We can leave America! Or California at least."

"Hide! Someone's coming!" She gestured to the closet.

I got up and ran to the closet, cracking the door so I could listen.

"Amour it's time to eat."

"I don't want food."

"Why?"

"It's from you. You probably poisoned it." She joked.

"I love you. Why would I do that?!" Her mom asked.

"I hate you. I will get out of here and have you in trouble. Just wait." Amour snarled.

She slammed the plate of pizza rolls on the desk.

"My heart is broken, boo hoo! I don't care. You little whore." She glared as she crept out of the room, slamming and locking the door.

Shoot... I'm stuck now.
