About an hour after Elara was rushed to the medbay Ulaz had reported to Zarkon that he had to perform a C-section in order to save the child, a tiny baby girl with dangerously weak lungs.
Elara's stab wound was taken care of along with the slice on her belly. However... She was on life support. The attack was that bad. The baby was in a NICU with a feeding tube and a ventilator.
Zarkon was furious. He couldn't bear the mere thought of losing his wife and youngest child in one blow. He simply wouldn't have it.
