How did you discover Wattpad?

I had always wanted to read unpublished author's works so one day I looked up websites and found Wattpad!

How long have you had Wattpad, and how often do you use it?

Well I've been on Wattpad for about, two years and I get on at least twice a day.

Is there a meaning behind your username?

Nope, just my name.

Why did you start writing? What age did you discover your love for it?

Well, ever since I was little I loved to read and in sixth grade I decided to give it a try.

Who are your favorite authors? What are you favorite books? (Books on Wattpad count too!)

My favorite authors would probably be John Green and Rick Riordan. Favorite books are the Hunger Games series, Percy Jackson series and Looking for Alaska. On Wattpad probably No Sparks Required.

Do you want a career in writing?

Honestly... I'm not sure. If I see that alot of people like my writing then I'll try to get my stories published but if not then I'll just post on Wattpad.

Who supports you the most in your writing?

My close friends and others on Wattpad.

From Rags to Riches

Teen Fiction

Liz O'Connor has been poor all her life along with her ten siblings and mother. One day, an audition for "Can You Rock Out?" comes to town and Liz and her brother Jake form a band in order to join and attempt to win the 5 million dollar prize and recording contract.

What inspired you to write it?

Well I was listening to music and someone was talking to me about American Idol and suddenly the idea just came to me.

How often do you update? When was it last updated?

I try to update every week if I can, if not then I try not to pass three weeks of no updating. I last updated on March 21, 2015.

How long are your chapters? Do you think short or long chapters are better?

My chapters are a little over 1000 words on average. I personally like longer chapters.

Are you proud of how well your book has done? Are you happy with the amount of reads it has?

I'm proud of my book and its amount of reads but I'm hoping I can do a little better.

Do you have any advice for new authors?

Never stop writing. Don't steal ideas and most importantly, revise and edit your works.

The book, From Rags To Riches, seemed rather cliche, nevertheless it was a good and easy read. On the whole, it was grammatically correct and well edited but I felt that it should have been spaced out a little more. Check it out.
