How did you discover Wattpad?

For most of my life, I had always doubted the potential Wattpad had for me. A friend of mine was always obsessing over it, but I never liked the layout and had always found the site hard to navigate. It was only until I got the mobile version that I started to enjoy it. As a more direct answer, I had known about Wattpad ever since my friend told me - at least a year ago.

How long have you had Wattpad, and how often do you use it?

I've had Wattpad for approximately 4 months, but not until recently have I indulged in the usage of it. About a few weeks ago I began to use it seriously, usually only contributing in the community.

Is there a meaning behind your username?

My username certainly does have a meaning. If you remove the a from the end (Nyvir was taken unfortunately) and deciper it using ROT-13, you receive alive. Alive has a deep meaning for me, a character in one of my oldest stories. A character that, even though he was a machine, tried to deflect societies view and never gave up. A hidden meaning, really. I truly feel that people should do the same with their writing - keep on trying, you'll get there eventually.

Why did you start writing? What age did you discover your love for it?

I did originally start writing when I was eleven, but I have been developing plots and ideas since I was eight.

Who are you favourite authors? What are your favourite books? (Books on Wattpad count too!) What is your favourite genre?

Aah, I do love the Fantasy and Action genres. Horror is quite interesting, too. I haven't really thought about authors... I love all the ones I'm following!

Do you want a career in writing?

Maybe as a side career, but for now I'll lay in wait.

Who supports you the most in your writing?

Myself, myself and myself. I do receive some support from the few fans I do have, though.

Choose one of your books:

What is your book called? What genre is it? What is it about (2/3 lines)?

My book is called Falling Deep, though currently unpublished. It is a cross between Fantasy/Action, leaning more towards the action side of things.

Falling Deep is about the idea that another plane (dimension, if you must) exists, one that has full and total control over the one we live in. Every 400 years the world is subject to something called the Falling Deep Project - the end of the world and the start of natural selection.

What inspired you to write it?

Well, think about it. Do you ever wonder about what life is like after death? How babies have souls? How we're even here? THAT is what inspired me.

How often do you update? When was it last updated?

I can't really say because it's not published, but generally I write it whenever I feel intrigued or inspired. It was last updated three days ago, but with a fairly small portion of writing.

How long are your chapters? Do you think short or long chapters are better?

My chapters usually average at about 4.25k words. To me, the shorter chapters are better at gaining publicity but the longer chapters are a lot more exciting. Medium is probably the best way to go about things.

Are you proud of how well your book has done? Are you happy with the amount of reads it has?

I'm happy with the amount of hype that has been generated, I never expected to receive such a positive response from the community. It has basically been my motivation to write, soon I hope it will be up for public viewing.

Do you have any advice for new authors?

Spend time on the community, all day every day. ALL-DAY-EVERY-DAY.

I actually really loved this author's book. The figure ALiVe is cleverly designed and I hope that she continues to write his story. Her style of writing is great and I loved her plots. I can't wait for her new book as that also looks great! Check her out!
