Chatroom Fear Of The Dark

As requested by some of you, here is a chatroom where the reader is scared of the dark.

Tony opened a chatroom.

Tony invited the Avengers.

Tony : Who played with the cables again ?! The whole Tower is in the dark now!

Steve : I apologise, Stark. There was one cable on the ground and it could be dangerous. I picked it up and it fried everything. You shouldn't leave electric things on the floor like that.

Tony : So this is my fault ?

Clint : Whoever the fault is, I blame the darkness.

Tony : What the hell does it mean, Barton?

Clint : It means I won't be responsible for the future damages.

Tony : Oh god! Y/ N!

Tony invited Y/N on the chat.

Y/N darkly logged on.

Y/N : Tell me it's just night time and not what I think it is.

Steve : Do not panic, Y/ N. We need a plan and to attack is not the answer!

Bruce : Breath, in and out. It will help you to relax.

Y/N : How can I relax when I'm surrounded by the thing I fear the most?

Peter : I may have a solution. When you can't see anymore, try to imagine the thing you would like to see.

Y/N : I like the idea but it is so dark, my mind is playing tricks. Who am I supposed to trust? My eyes or my mind?

Thor : Do not fear, Lady Y/N. The Mighty Thor is coming to your rescue. My thunder can break apart the darkness of your heart!

Y/N : The darkness of my heart? Are you referring to my love life, Thor?

Loki : If you accept my offer, Lady Y/N, I can project myself into your room with dim of green lights.

Y/N : Yes, please.

Loki was disconnected.

Y/N : Loki ? What happened ? Where is my saviour?

Thor : I am the God of Thunder.

Y/N : He is the God of Tricks and therefore if his tricks can ease my fear while you find a solution to the Tower problem, I rather have his tricks than being electrocuted by your lightning Thor. I doubt your lightning bolt would fit in my room. Your power is too pure energy in this situation.

Thor : I am... defeated by your arguments, my Lady.

Y/N : Can I still have a hug, though?

Thor : That would be my grateful pleasure.

Peter : I'm on my way too, Y/N.

Y/N : I know what I need!

Tony : What would it be?

Y/N : Light, genius ! I need light! I need to see the sun again. I need something to stop me from seeing the darkness.

Stephen : Make the Wish you would be nyctalopia.

Y/N : And when I'm scared... I can't control my powers. It overwhelms me.

Tony : Why are you so scared of the dark, Y/ N? Nothing will hurt you.

Y/N : Say that to the people who locked me in the basement while stealing my house.

Peter : Isn't it the day there was an explosion? It was in every newspaper in New York.

Y/N : Yes, Peter, it was me.

Peter : So you are telling us, you are scared of the dark and that your power is fire?

Y/N : Yes, why?

Peter : Ignite a flame to illuminate your room. Problem solved.

Steve : Yes, it's a good idea, kid.

Y/N : I don't want to burn the whole place down. I can't control my power when my emotions are scattered. Fear is controlling me right now. It is absolutely not judicious to light up a fire.

Peter : Alright. Listen to me, Y/N.

Y/N : But I don't feel so good Peter.

Peter : Close your eyes and imagine you are in the living room outside with us.

Clint : How closing her eyes is relevant.

Tony : Shut up, Clint.

Peter activated the audio application.

( So this is Peter speaking to Y/N to ease her)

Peter : Then imagine the sunrays dazzling the faces of your friends, some wincing at the light and others being illuminated by the warmth of the sun. It brought out their eyes colour, showing up the spark of friendship. We encompassed you with bright smiles on our faces, happy to be with you. Remeber we will always be here for you, in times of despair, of fear and in times of joy. We are the Avengers, united for the better and the worst.

Clint : Why does it look like a word proposal ?

Tony : Stop interrupting SpiderBoy.

Peter : Now, take a deep breath. Ask yourself, who you are and remember another thing. You are my favourite Avenger. You are one of the strongest people I've ever known. You are brave, smart, independent, funny and beautiful. So this is why I know you can defeat your fear of the dark because you are the light of my life and without you, I couldn't keep on. Y/N, will you come back to me ? To us ?

Five minutes later.

Peter : Oh My God ! Y/N is in my room ! With a flame dancing in her palm. She seems alright. But she has tears on her cheeks, why is she crying ?

Steve : You 're going to be a great Avenger, Peter.

Stephen : I agree with the Captain.

Thor : Does she still need a hug ? I lost my way in the Tower. I don't know where I am and I can't see anything.

Y/N : Thank you, Peter. For everything. You're the roc to my fear.

Peter : She's hugging me ! What do I do ?

Clint : Hug her back kid. And enjoy;)

Clint logged off.

Stephen logged off.

Thor logged off.

Tony : So I'm not your favourite Avenger, huh ?

Peter : Mister Stark, I can explain.

Tony : No need, you did great, kid.

Peter : T..Thank you.

Loki logged on.

Loki : Your saviour is here ! .... Too late.
