" I'm going to kill you, Strange!"

You yelled in the Sanctum of New York when you rushed out of your room, a wave of fury on your tail. For days, you were practicing on the art of astral projection. However, you just didn't make it. Why? You have a slight idea, that being stared in the eyes for a certain amount of time by your crush to reach the perfect state of mind to project yourself out of your body wasn't going to help. But you couldn't tell him that. So the magician got the idea to scare you, using his astral form to move objects from your reach or even hide it. He scared the hell out of you one time, when he appeared out of the dark, saying your name with his hoarse voice. You screamed at the top of your lungs and punched him right in the nose. Since that day, he scared you with only his astral form and like that he was sure you weren't going to punch him again. In a sense, if you're wanting him to pay for what he was doing to you, you have to: finally, project yourself out of your body, or you find his body and draws things on his sleepy face. However, you had never managed to find him so you had to bear with his games.

Except, that he had broken your dear watch, the one your parents had given to you before you became a magician under the teaching of Doctor Strange. It was a very dear object to you and when you found it shattered in pieces on your floor, you saw red. You dashed out your room to go to his, screaming how mad you were and how unforgivable was what he has done. You kicked his door and watched carefully the area. There was no sign of him but you knew that he wasn't far.You watched his room where you could see his Cloak of Levitation gliding above the ground as the Invisible Man was wearing it. The bed was made and tonnes of books were standing on the table. You shook your head in disbelief and walked towards the Cloak. You gently touched it and said:

" Can I wear you for one day, please? "

The crimson cape didn't move for a few seconds, then it tenderly wraps its edges on your shoulders. It was very light and you didn't even felt it. You brushed it as if you were stroking a cat and walked out of the room. You checked the library, other rooms but nothing. So you stood next to a huge spheral window and watched the azure sky. You observed the clouds, imagining what shapes they were forming. Lost in thoughts, you didn't notice the change in the atmosphere or so he thought you didn't. The slight waves echoing from the astral projection of the magician who was slowly coming to you. Intensively focused, you let all anger and bitterness flew out of your body to leave only the peace reminds in your veins. You closed your eyes and sit on the stair, taking a big breath. Suddenly, you felt dragged out of your body, as if you were taking your last breath. When you opened your eyes again, you saw you were hovering your own sitting body and you smiled in delight. A small aura covered your form and what strikes you was that you were flying!

" I did it!" You said, fist in the air.

" Yes, Y/N. You finally managed to drag your mind out of your body. Now your lesson can fully begin."

You turned to see Doctor Strange, next to you, a smirk on his pale face. The sight of him reminded you what he had done and you roughly grabbed him by his collar. Given that , he left his cloak in his room, there was nothing which can stop you to just hit him but. There is always a but, you liked him, a lot! You pushed him under his back touched the wall and said in a dreary tone:

" You broke the only dear thing left my parents got me when I was a child. So I'm going to make myself clear, don't touch my things ever again!"

Then you let him go, taking a step back. He had faced you in the eyes during your whole speech, not even flinch at your declaration and you wondered why he hadn't said anything. He rose his arm towards you and with a snap of his fingers touched you. The push sent you flying towards the wall in which you just crossed it without feeling the solid stones stopped you from falling. You let a cry escaped your lips at his action and you got up.

"Never lost your focus, Y/N;" he said in a severe voice before pushing you again.

You fell again and winced at the sudden pain in your shoulder. You watched carefully around you, trying to understand what he wanted you to do. He flew towards you, passing through a wall and you came to him. You focus some energy in your hand and use the strength to project you towards him. He saw you coming to him and smirked, ready to stop you. You stopped your fist from making contact with his chest just a second before the impact. You saw Doctor Strange frowned at your reaction and you smiled, whispering: " I know" and kicked him violently. You saw him disappeared through the wall and you slowed down your breathing which had increased suddenly. You remembered the advice of the master of the mystic arts saying that you couldn't stay too long out of your body so you flew towards your body and joined your body back. You took a deep breath and watched your surroundings, trying to memorise how you managed to separate your mind from your body and reversely. Some steps came closer to your position and you turned to see Stephen approached and sat next to you on the stair. He patted your shoulder and said:

" Great job, Y/N. I didn't expect what you just did. We will keep on tomorrow, okay?"

You watched him, and asked in a harsh tone, still angry at him:

" Don't piss me off again! You broke my watch, remember? Why did you do that?"

He grabbed your hands slowly in his gloves, gently trying to calm you down with a stroke of his thumb on your palms:

" I thought that a test about controlling your emotions could make you realise you already knew how to project your mind out of your body. And it worked, Y/N!"

You melted under his touch but grumbled something looking down your feet:

" It's still not fair, you broke my watch."

" I' ll buy you another one, I promise."

He put his fingers under your chin and made you face him. A veil of red covered your cheeks and you couldn't bare his gaze.

" I noticed you couldn't look at me in the eyes for a long time, would you tell me why?"

Your breathing quickened and you clutched your fists. You let your walls fell down and told him hesitantly:

" I...I just felt lost into your so good damn beautiful blue eyes! How do you want me to focus when you looked me like this! It's like if you were hypnotising me, Stephen! I felt drawn to you and I can't help myself! Your eyes are just too attractive to me!"

He chuckled at your answer and pulled you closer to him until his lips brushed yours in a sweet tender kiss. It didn't last long but it was enough to say how much he liked you and when you broke apart from each other, you grabbed him by his shoulders and kissed him again, deepening the kiss.

A/N: So what did you think, dear readers?

I let the rest go to your imagination ;)
