I somehow found myself walking towards Chloe’s yard and knocking the door. We had been getting along more and more lately, I don’t even know why I decided to go here of all places. I should be with my possible baby mother, but I’m standing her knocking the door of the girl I hate. She opened the door and smiled, but when she was my expression she let me in without a word.

She poured wine into two glasses. She kept looking at me but pushed the glass towards me without a word. As soon as her hands left the glass I backed the drink in one. It tasted like shit, but when Chloe poured me another glass I did the same thing.

She stopped pouring it; I could slowly feel the alcohol warming my body. I just wanted to get drunk and forget this whole thing for a bit. She sat down and stared at me waiting for me to speak.

‘’Lee thinks she pregnant.’’ I explained after some silence. This was the first time I had said it out loud in 2 days. Lee might be pregnant. I was confused that I had told Chloe when I hadn’t even told my boys.
