We walked to Elsa's school and as we reached the gate I went inside while Kate waited on the pavement. I went inside and Elsa ran up to me and hugged me.
"Hey El where's your bag?" She held up her bag and I picked her up.
As we got out the door I said to Elsa, "now you know Michelle" she nodded "her cousin Kate has come to visit and she wants to meet you"
"is it like Liam is my cousin?"
"Yeah" we reached the gate where Kate was standing and Kate held out her hand
"my name is Kate"
"I am Elsa" and then she snuggled her head into my shoulder.
As we walked home, we talked about what she wanted for dinner.
"Where's mummy?" She asked
"she's at the factory but we are gonna go to the cafe and have a milkshake and get Bella then go and find mummy ok?" "Yeah can I have strawberry milkshake?"
"Of course do you want a bun or cupcake, you need a special treat you were so good last night."
"What happened last night?" Kate asked
"Bella had a nightmare and she couldn't sleep last night, she was crying most of the night and no one could sleep. Did you have fun at school?" I asked Bella
"yeah" she answered as we reached Roy's.
We sat and drank milkshakes and Bella joined us as Roy had gone to get her, before we went to the factory to find Mum. As we reached the Platts, Mum came outside
"you ready to go home Angels?" Mum asked
"yeah, you alright?" I asked
"Johnny is now my business partner." "What? Why?"
"Cos it wasn't Aidan's money it was Johnny's" Mum said as she rolled her eyes and we went home.
