You are part of the child of watch and had been raised along side Din, you didn't follow the clan roles of keeping your face covered. Even due most of the clans didn't like that but soon came to expect it, as you had become a care taker for the younger children when their parents were gone on missions or training. The children love you as you were comforting and kindhearted towards them, and took good care of them when their parents were away m teaching them stuff and helping them practice.

Din " y/n" you soon heard din called your name you soon turned around and saw him. You smiled while you walked toward him.

Y/n " welcome back din it been a while since you been here"

Din " it good to be back here and I haven't come alone" din soon stepped aside and you soon saw the child he had been taking care of, for a while now after he saved the poor child from some evil people.

Y/n " aww you brought back the little one I thought he was gone with those Jedi"

Din " well he back now and his name is Grogu"

Y/n " hello there grogu it looks like we won't be calling you child anymore will we" Grugo had smiled toward you and walked closer as you kneel down towards him, soon giving him a cookie and he had taken it.

Y/n " okay hey little buddy why don't you go play with the other child they boy over their is Paz visal boy he will be a good play mate ... hey Ragnar come over here" Ragnar soon spotted you and soon made his way towards you he ssoin stopped when he reached you and Din.

Y/n " Ragnar this is grugo I will like you to keep him company and maybe he can help you practice as it seems, like did he been training him as well"

Ragnar " sure come along grugo" the two kids soon walked off and you were now looking at Din as it seems like he had something he wish to tell you.

Din " look I'm going on mission with Bo and Paz and I will like you to watch over the child for me, you are the fee here I can trust and he seems to like you"

Y/n " sure I will watch him for you Din you have always been there for me and now I'm here for you"

Din " thank you and once again thank up you for being there for me"

Din " I'm" you had began to blush as din was looking at your threw his helmet, you were trying no to blush even more. Soon getting a laugh some din who soon pat your head and soon walked away joining the rest of the group.

Ragnar " we saw that didn't we grugo" you had turned around to see Ragnar and grugo standing there looking at you.

Y/n " oh come one you two let's go join the rest of the kids" the two boys let go a laugh as you guided them away, yes you did have a crush on din and most or whole clan knew of it by now. They actually thought you and din will make a cute couple and always questions by you two didn't become a couple yet.

Later that night

Ragnar " when do you think my father and everyone else will be home"

Y/n " they will be home late tonight get some sleep and when you wake up the next morning they will be home" the children soon had fallen asleep all expected for grugo who was still up. You were sitting with him it seems like he was waiting din.

Y/n " don't worry my kid he will be home I know it" grugo soon laid down on a small cot bed as you stayed up to make sure no trouble came for the children while their parents were away, from home and them. Two hours will go by until you heart footsteps coming towards you.

Paz " hey y/n sorry for being so late this mission went on longer then we thought"

Y/n ' it okay the children are asleep already" the parents had nodded their head thanking you as they walked to pick up their sleeping kids and carry them home, din and you were the last one there with grugo as the two of them didn't feel like going back to ship to sleep.

Din " thank you for allowing us to stay the night until our tent is set up for us"

Y/n " you are welcome you shouldn't been sleep in that ship it won't be good for you or the kid"

Din " so found anyone you will love to be with yet or still no"

Y/n " maybe what about you or are you planning to stay single forever as well"

Don " same as you" you smile towards din and you could tell he was smiling under his helmet, the two of you stayed up a bit longer to talk and enjoy each other company as well. It seems like the two of were becoming closer that night and there might be a chance of you two become a couple. Everyone was hoping that the two of you will finally take her chance and become a couple after so long of being friends and flirting with each other as well.
