The next morning Destiny woke up before Chase and Ryan. She heads into the kitchen to make breakfast. She knew they were going to need fuel for the long ass day. She starts to make omelets when she felt arms snake around her waist.
"Can I help with anything?" Ryan asks kissing her neck.
"Set the table baby." Destiny says.
"Okay baby." Ryan says.
Ryan set the table. Destiny just finished the food when Chase and Mick trickled in.
"Thanks for cooking breakfast Des and for taking care of me." Chase says.
"Family takes care of family." Ryan says.
"Exactly. Whatever you need we will provide." Destiny says.
"They are right Uncle Chase we are family and family sticks together." Mick says.
They all sat down and ate together. Destiny had gotten the twins and Little Chase up and fed and changed. Ryan and Chase cleaned up the dishes.
"Thanks for helping with him." Chase says.
"He's my godson and I take godmother duties very seriously." Destiny says.
"He loves you." Chase says.
"I love him." Destiny says.
"We all do." Ryan says putting his arm around Chases shoulders.
For the first time in a long time Chase smiled. They then all headed to get ready. They then head to the church. The funeral starts. Ryan and Chase both had their hand on Mick's shoulder. Towards the end of the funeral Mick got up at the pulpit.
"Before we leave today I have two songs I want to sing. One song I wrote and the other was one of me and moms favorite Halloween movies." Mick says.
