20 | Bar
I let out a very deep sigh as I pushed open the bar doors. It was getting late out, and cold. Goosebumps erupted on my skin when my hand had touched the cold metal of the door. Klaus had made me go in here and talk to Ray, or more so distract him so Stefan could compel everyone in the bar.
When Klaus woke up, to say he was furious was an understatement. Even more so when he realized I let the girls take the car.
My eyes scanned over everyone. There were many people, sitting, laughing, and drinking. I looked over to a man who was sitting at the bar, sipping on a glass of beer. I was guessing this was Ray, after all, there was no other werewolf in this horrid place that I could detect.
I made my way over, placing a sickly fake smile and sat down on the right bar stool next to him.
I knew he sensed my presence because as soon as I sat down, he turned around to face me. "Well, hello darlin', what's a pretty thing like you doing 'round here?"
I almost gagged.
I hated this.
I smiled. "Getting a drink," leaving ray to smirk. I turned around and rolled my eyes. I motioned for the bartender to get me a glass of something that had caught my eye and so he did.
"Ray. . . Ray Sutton?" I heard as I brought the cup to my mouth to take a drink of the liquid, watching Klaus and Ray interact with each other silently.
Ray looked at Klaus confused and wearily. "Who wants to know?"
"I've been looking everywhere for you. We started in Florida, Pensacola. I met a young chap there who you worked with before you moved to Memphis, now he directed me to two lovely young women and they lead me here to you." Ray furrowed his brows at the sudden information.
Ray got up, letting his hands fall to his side. "I think I'll be going."
"Not so fast, mate." Klaus says and catches Rays arm as he tries to walk past and leave. "You only just got here. Now your type are hard to come by."
Ray turns around trying to leave but bumped into Stefans chest. "Yeah, I wouldn't do that." Stefan brought his hands up to the werewolf's chest and pushed him back to Klaus.
I sighed once again and shifted my gaze to the worker who seemed unbothered. "Actually, can I have a lemonade?" I pushed away the half empty glass of alcohol away with a grimace.
"Vampires." Ray came to the realization.
"You're swifty swift Ray, yes my friend here is a vampire, where's my girl is a werewolf, he's compelled everyone in the bar, so don't look to them for any help." Klaus says.
"Ew, don't call me that or I'll stab you. Again." I smiled fondly at the memories of two weeks ago. I'd "accidentally" tripped and fell into him with a knife in my hand. That just happened to be a little over the size of a kitchen knife.
He narrowed his eyes at me before turning back to the werewolf. "I, however, I'm something else. A diffrent kind of monster. I've got some wolf. I've got some vampire." Klaus said.
"You what?" Ray asked confused.
"A hybrid Ray, I'm both." Klaus says. I pulled out my phone. Which Klaus didn't know I had. And I played a game being bored. I really couldn't care less at this point if he saw my phone.

I put my phone down on the counter and looked towards a screaming Ray. Stefan was throwing wolfsbane darts at him. Ray was tied up against the wall, placed in-front of a dart board.
I probably would have tried to save him, but he was a little creepy. My intuition was usually very strong, so when I got weird vibes around someone, I stayed very far away. Well, sometimes.
One thing was for sure, I'd never be able to play darts without thinking of this again. Not that I've ever actually played darts, but if I did, I'd probably end up thinking about this.
"Ray, we can end this right now. Just tell me where your pack gather for the full moon." Stefan exclaimed.
"I can't!" Ray got out.
"I know, I know, your pack lives by a code and all that but, see, he's not going to let me stop until you tell me. And I do whatever he says, it's the way it goes around here." Stefan explained.
Unfortunately.
I looked as a girl with brown hair approached Klaus. "Hello, Mr. Klaus, I have some information for you. You told me to tell you if I saw that guys brother. I saw him at the farmhouse."
"Hello, Mr. Klaus," I mocked in a high pitched tone and rolled my eyes.
"Well, thank you, Claudine. You just tell your friends to keep up on the neighborhood watch." Klaus replied and stood up.
I went to mock him this time, but Stefan told me to shut up. "Fuck off, Steven."
Stefan rolled his eyes and walked over to Klaus. "My brother still on our trail?"
"He's getting closer. I'm gonna have to handle that."
"No, no, no, let me handle it." Stefan shook his head.
"Why should I let you leave?"
"Because you know I'll come back." Stefan pleaded. I got tired of being on a stool so I got up and walked to the couch. It was much more comfortable.
"Just let him go." I said as I flopped down on the couch.
Klaus let him go.

I walked into the bathroom and that's when I decided to text Elena.
Doppelganger
Me: happy birthday, I miss you so much I'm so sorry I couldn't be here this year.
Doppelganger: Oh, my god Nora? I miss you too! Will you be back soon? Do you know?
Me: I'm not sure but I do hope so. I have to go love you.
Doppelganger: Love you too.
I turned off my phone shoving it in my pocket as I walked to the mirror that was hanging above the white sink and looked into it.
I had tears streaming down my face. God, I missed them so much. But most of all I missed my mom.
And I held that against Klaus, that was how I was convincing myself I hated him.
"Fuck, god!" I let out a frustrated groan and kicked the wall. The cement tiles crawling up it shattered and fell to the floor. Sometimes I hated being a werwolf, because there was just all this anger.
I laughed, shaking my head and smiled, looking in the mirror. I looked down for a moment before looking back up. I wiped my tears away and tried my best to fix myself up. The last thing I wanted to happen was Klaus to know that I had just been crying.
Hopefully he was too busy with Ray to hear the loud noise my kick had made.
I walked out of the bathroom to find Klaus circling around Ray who was currently tied to the pool table. I walked over and sat down on the couch watching this play out in action. "Ok, It's a three step process, Ray." Klaus said as he stopped on the left side of Ray.
"This is step one." Klaus said as he bite into his wrist and shoved it to Rays mouth, making him drink his blood.
As Klaus removes his wrist from Rays mouth, he speaks up. "I already told you where to find the pack, what more do you want with me?" I groaned. Was it not obvious?
"Have you not been listening to a word he's been saying for the past hour?" I mumbled, annoyed.
"I have great plans for you." Klaus says.
I looked over to see a pool stick laying in my reach. I wonder if—
"Don't even think about it." Klaus' voice was stern. I only rolled my eyes and flipped him off.
