“You guys know each other?” Beau asked us.
I was still frozen as all the bad memories came flooding back as my eyes prickled with tears.
I felt Luke lighting grab my hand as I shut my eyes with the tear falling down my cheek. I quickly wiped it away as I didn’t want anyone to see it.
“Yeah, we know each other.” I said.
“Friends?” Beau asked.
She didn’t reply she just kept looking at Luke and then back at me.
“Something like that.” She quickly replied as I glared at her.
Luke felt the awkward tension as he pulled me out that room into the kitchen.
“You okay?” He asked me.
I wanted to cry but I had to forget about the past, it’s just going to ruin everything from me.
“Im fine.” I replied with no emotion at all.
“How do you know Miley?” He asked me.
I looked at him as he was waiting for me to reply.
“Can we not talk about her, can we go for a walk?” I asked him.
“Yeah sure, let me just put on a shirt.” He winked.
“Are you going to change?” He asked me.
“Nope, it’s just a walk and not like I need to impress anyone.” I smirked at him and he smiled and kissed my cheek.
He quickly ran up at put on a sweater coming back down.
“Alright let’ go.” He said walking beside me.
We walked passed the living room as I said bye to Beau as I could feel Miley staring at me but I didn’t dare to look at her.
“We are going for a walk don’t wait up for us.” Luke said.
“Alright later.” Beau said as we walked out the door.
As Luke and I were walking as we felt the warm breeze of L.A hitting our skins. I looked at my arms and saw my cuts fading away but I my back has a lot of scars; bad ones. From all the time my mother threw her beer bottles at me or when she beat me up—oh my god stop thinking about old memories.
I looked at Luke and saw him staring at my arms I stopped walking at faced him.
“I haven’t been doing it for a while, even though I really want to not cause I’m upset but its just that it’s an addiction. I try my best.” I told him.
He smiled at me as he grabbed my hands making my wrist facing upwards as he kissed my scars and looked at me.
“Thank you.” He said.
“Why you saying thank you?” I asked.
“For trying to stop doing something which is so hard, you think you are such a weak girl, but Sky you are the strongest girl I have ever met.” He told me.
I smiled at him as put my arms around his neck kissing those pink warm lips as he kissed me back. He traced down my bottom lip with his tongue as I opened my mouth giving him entrance as our tongues fought for dominance and he won. We ended up making out for a couple of minutes near a deserted playground as we pulled away and I rested my head on his chest.
“I love you.” I hugged him.
“I love you too.” He said.
We walked towards a bench and sat down chit chatting again about stuff as we were holding hands.
We got disturbed by Luke’s phone ringing. He reached in his pocket as he answered his phone.
“Hey Jay! Yeah shes here…. Oh okay one sec… “ He said handing me the phone.
“Jay Sean wants to talk to you.” He said handing me his phone.
I was confused as I put the phone to my ear and talked.
“Hello?” I said.
“Hey Skylar, I saw your videos of you singing on the internet and at Ed Sheeran’s concert and you are talented, as you know the boys will be going to tour I was wondering if you will like let me sign you to make you open up their shows each time, basically be apart of the tour.” He said.
A huge curve appeared to my face as my cheeks were hurting, Luke was furrowing his eyebrows at me because he had no idea as I was still repeating what he’d just said.
“Of course!” I replied.
“Amazing, I’ll see you in a few days.” He said.
“Thank you!” I said and he replied.
We hung up at the same time as I handed Luke his phone back.
“Jay Sean signed me to open up your guys shows during tour so I’m basically apart of your tour!” I cheered and Luke hugged me tightly.
“You deserve this.” He whispered in my ear as I held him tighter.
My life is getting better and better beside the Miley part.
“Let’s go tell the guys the good news!” He said and I nodded.
“Text Felicity and Jai the good news!” I told him.
He took out his phone as he began texting him the good news as I was texting Mariam about it and she was proud of me.
We reached home as we opened the door still seeing Miley and Beau in the living room. We walked in the living room sitting opposite from them two as I snuggled closer into Luke as I didn’t like Miley looking at us.
“We have some good news.” Luke said as Daniel and James entered the room.
“What?” Daniel said.
“I’m going to be opening your shows for tour!” I said and they all smiled crazily!
“Jay Sean signed me and said he wants me to sing for your shows.” I added and they all hugged me.
“We told you will become famous look at you now.” Beau said ruffling my hair laughing.
I looked over at Miley who looked confused and giving me a dirty look, fuck off bitch.
“You sing?” She finally spoke.
“Yeah, she’s good.” James answered.
“Never knew that.” She said silently as we all began talking about tour.
I whispered in Luke’s ear as everyone else were having their side conversation.
“Is Miley coming to tour?”
He looked at me and shook his head and whispered back.
“She has school.” He replied and I relaxed my stiff shoulders.
Knowing I won’t be seeing her face for a while will be a good thing. Why does she even have to be here?
“Alright well I should get back to my dorm, I’ll see you tomorrow right?” Miley said to Beau.
“Yeah, I’ll come to your place.” He said and then Beau kissed her lips as she grabbed him and they began making out in front of all of us. I looked at Luke with a disgusted face as he was trying not to laugh.

It’s been the next day and Beau was gone, Jai was still at Felicity’s but they were happy for me and it was just Daniel, James, Luke, Mariam, Ronnie and I. We all were just in the living room on our phones as I was lying on with my legs on Daniel and talking to Mariam.
“It’s so boring today.” James spoke.
Everyone agreed.
“Let’s go to the movies tonight, it will be fun.” Ronnie suggested.
“I’m down.” I said and Mariam agreed.
“Alright, I’ll ask Jai, Felicity and Beau and Miley.” Luke said getting up to call them. I groaned as I heard Miley’s name and got a weird look from Daniel.

We all got ready as we were all at the movie theaters with a huge group. I was sitting beside Luke and Felicity and Miley was away from me thank god.
We were watching Fault in Our Stars because Mariam said she really wanted to see that so we thought why not. I saw the books as I was living in the streets on New York but I never had the chance to read it so hopefully the movie is good.

The movie just finished and Daniel and James cried as well as Mariam and Felicity, Beau and Miley. I would admit Luke and I even Jai got teary but we didn’t cry. Felicity was crying a lot because memories of her sister came which made me feel upset so I began comforting her as the people from the theatre were leaving.
After a while we all got up and walked out seeing the bright light burning our eyes.
“It’s 10pm, want to grab something to eat?” Daniel asked and I nodded because I was hungry.
“Let’s go to McDonalds.” Jai suggested and we all agreed and went to McDonalds.
We all sat down connecting like three tables together as we sat down muching on our food having side conversation.
“Tomorrow all us guys are busy doing some stuff so it’s just going to be you and Felicity and Miley alone at the house tomorrow.” Jai said.
“Alright cool.” Felicity responded as I just began eating my food harshly.
I look to my side seeing again Daniel giving me a weird look, facepalm.
We all finished eating as we were now walking our way home knowing that it was near our house. Beau and Miley left because Beau wanted to drop Miley off so they took the car but Mariam and Ronnie joined them. So it was just Jai, Felicity, James, Daniel, Luke and I.
I was walking beside Luke as we were holding hands but then I noticed Daniel walking alone at the back so I walked beside him chit chatting with him as Luke began talking with James.
“Could I ask you something Sky?” He asked me.
“Anything.” I replied.
“Do you like Beau?” He asked me.
“Yeah he’s one of my best friends.” I chuckled.
“No like more than that?” He asked.
I raised my eyebrows looking at him and he was being serious.
“No? Why would you think that?” I wondered.
“Because whenever someone brings up Miley you look angry, I thought maybe you were jel—“ He said.
“Daniel, I’m not jealous of her, it’s that I know her from my past and let’s just say we weren’t close.” I ended the conversation.
“Oh I’m sorry.” He apologized.
I looked at him and smiled and gave him a side hug.
“It’s okay.” I said.
Well now that was cleared up we began walking home.
