Jimin has always been a little bit of an attention seeker. Not in a bad way! He just needs his daily hugs and attention. It's important, otherwise he can get slightly grumpy and no one wants a little meow meow 2.0 . Not that they don't like Yoongi, but one grumpy cutie is enough to handle.
So when he was suffering from a lack of attention during their little break, he wasn't all too happy. On top of that, he used the break to practice dancing and to work on a new solo song, so he was exhausted.
So now, he is making a plan. Not only to skip dance practice, but also to get some attention and affection. The dance practice they will be having isn't too important, just touching up on some older choreographies, so them not going wouldn't be too bad.
Jimin is laying in his bed, thinking about what he should do. He woke up earlier than needed and couldn't go back to sleep, so he decides to develop his master plan. He is thinking deeply when suddenly, the light bulb in his head lights up.
He's just going to act like he is sick! It's perfect! He's always even clingier when he is sick and he knows the others aren't too keen on the idea of having a dance practice today, so surely, they will all stay and give him the attention he wants and needs.
So, how to fake being sick in 7 steps:
Step 1: Act really tired.
Step 2: Get some hand warmers that'll heat up in seconds and put them under your pillow.
Step 3: Fake cough and sneeze.
Step 4: When Jin goes to get the thermometer, put the hand warmers on your forehead to fake a fever.
Step 5: Whine, whimper and squint your eyes like your sensitive to the light.
Step 6: Act like you really don't want to skip dance practice, so that Jin will force you into bed.
Step 7: Bath in the attention and affection the members give you to make sure that you won't get out of bed and get even sicker.
Easy!
So now, the only thing he has to do is...
initiate plan "CHIM NEEDS SOME CUDDLES!" over...
While all the members are still sleeping, Jimin goes to the living room to fetch some hand warmers. He sneaks back to his room and hides them under his pillow. He lays back on the bed and wraps himself in the blankets like a burrito.
After a few minutes, Jin walks into his room to come and wake him up. The eldest shakes his shoulder softly a few times and whispers his name. Jimin finally opens his eyes but squints them, "sensitive" to the light. He yawns and lets out a tiny whine. To top it all of, he coughs a few times and does a cute little sneeze.
Worry immediately fills the eyes of the older member.
"You okay Jiminie? Are you feeling sick, sweetheart?"
The younger hums in response. He opens his eyes some more, but whimpers right after. He shivers a little and buries himself even deeper into the blankets.
"I'm going to go get the thermometer, I'll be right back."
Soft footsteps can be heard leaving the room. Jimin peaks his head out from under the blankets and grabs the hand warmers, putting them on his forehead. They feel really warm so it should be enough to fake a fever.
When the door starts to open slowly, Jimin puts them under the pillow ones again and lays back down, exactly like when Jin left. Jin approaches him slowly and puts the thermometer to his forehead. It beeps after a few seconds and the oldest looks ate the number, displayed on the little screen.
"37.7°C (99.86°F), not too high, but you should stay at home."
"No hyung, I-I'll go to practice!"
"Jimin, you're sick."
"But I really want to go, I'll be fine!"
"Jimi-"
"Bu-"
"No, you're staying home. End of discussion."
"But, hyung!" Jimin whines.
"I'm going to talk to the other members. Stay. In. Your. Bed." Jin says sternly.
Jin walks out of the room, a smile appearing on Jimin's face.
His plan worked!
Jin's Pov
I walk out of Jimin's room and into the living room. All the other members are sitting in the living room, waiting for me and Chim.
"Hey guys, we need to discuss something."
"What is it, hyung?" Namjoon asks.
"I know we have practice today, but Jimin is sick. I think he might have over worked himself during our break. I don't think it's a good idea for him to get out of bed and go to practice, but he insists on going."
"You know how clingy he gets when he is sick. Maybe if we all stay and give him some attention and affection, he'll be okay with staying at home." Jungkook suggests.
"Hmmm, good idea. I'll call our manager and ask if we can cancel this practice." Namjoon answers.
"Okay. Meanwhile, the rest of us can go to his room to make sure that he doesn't get out of bed." I say.
The others nod and everyone except Joonie heads to Jimin's room.
Jimin's Pov
While hyung is talking to the others, I actually start feeling sick. Well...
Karma I guess. Now I don't have to act sick anymore. Multiple pairs of footsteps approach my room. Just before anyone can open the door to my room, a wave of nausea hits me. I jump out of bed and dashi run run run~ to the bathroom. The members all look at me with wide eyes, but quickly follow after me.
When I get to the bathroom and go in front of the toilet, my knees give out. Strong arms wrap around my waist before I can hit the floor. Some lifts the toilet lid and a gentle hand starts to draw slow circles on my back. The dinner from last night lands in the toilet.
When I'm finally done, I lean back against the person holding me up, which turns out to be Kook. A hand gently combs my sweaty hair out of my face and starts playing with it in a calming manner. I look to the side to see that it is Hobi. The hand that was rubbing my back moved to my arm, the hand belonging to Yoongi. Taehyung goes in front of me to give me a bear hug and Jin puts his hand on my forehead to check my temperature.
"I think your temperature spiked a little Chim. Let's get you into bed and give you some cuddles, sounds good?" Jin says.
My lips form a little weak smile, all energy drained out of me. Everyone makes some space and Jungkook carefully picks me up. I put my head on his chest and close my eyes to shield them from the bright light in the room. They all walk to my room, coming across Joon on the way there.
Jin pulls him aside for a second, both of them following in to my room after a few seconds. Jungkook lays me down on my bed and the all climb in next to me, forming a big cuddle pile. I close my eyes, relishing in their warmth and affection. It doesn't take long for me to enter my dreamland.
Oh, how much I love the attention and affection!

I'm hoping to be able to post something tomorrow, but the day after I'm going on a camp. I don't know when I'll be able to write after that due to going to my dad's and work, so... I'm going to try to finish the requests as soon as possible.
