Your POV

I'm waiting for Shawn to return from the studio. Its 10pm and I hear the keys in the door and in comes a very pissed off looking Shawn.

"Hey how are you?" I ask him.

"Fine." He scoffs back and I ignore him as he needed to cool down.

"Why haven't you bought any muffins?" He says, sounding pissed.

"You told me not to you said you were eating healthy." I reply, staying calm.

"Well now I want a muffin and there are none here and its all your fault." He angrily shouts and I get up to leave for a few minutes so he could calm himself. "No please don't go I'm sorry!" Shawn please but I ignore him. As I close the door I hear a thump and an 'ouch'. I rush back in and see Shawn on his knees, clutching his head in his hand. He looks up and his forehead is bleeding, and tears are falling from his eyes. "I...I'm sorry..."

I instantly go over to him, forgetting the small argument we had just had and pull his shaking body into my lap and let him cry into my shoulder. "Let it out love." I say into his ear as more tears fall from his eyes.

"Hey lets sit you on the sofa." I help him lay down and grab the first aid kit and gently dab some cotton on his head wound. It was a diagonal cut, two inches long, above his right eye. I put a plaster on it and then lift him into my lap and let him cry for a little while and I rub his back soothingly.

"I...just...its all..." he sobs into my chest.

"It's okay hun let it out." I tell him, taking my fingers through his curls.

"It just got too much" he says, sniffling.

"Shawn its okay these things happen. Next time just talk to me or something." I say whilst kissing his forehead. "You can tell me anything and I'll try my best to help you. Just don't feel like you're alone." I cup his damp face and kiss him. "Time for bed Mendes." I help him to his feet. "Sit" I gently lift his shirt off and change him into grey sweats and then lay him into bed.

I was going to be the big spoon today so I hold the precious babyboy in my arms and hold him tight as he falls asleep.
