For this one imma put in a short 'imagine' as its necessary I think.
Imagine that you're Shawn's GF and you are on magcon with him and the other boys. Shawn has anxiety andyou are aware of it and know his limits.
Adryanna's POV
Today the boys have a day off and we are in Miami. Shawn and I are in our hotel room and its breakfast time so I go to wake him up.
"Morning lovey." I caress his cheek and he wakes up.
"Morning" he replies, getting out of bed. We get ready and go to breakfast

"Morning" we sit with Jack Gilinsky, Nash and Cam. Everyone else had gone out for the day and we didn't feel like going. We have breakfast and go back to Shawn and I's room as it was the biggest.
Shawn had to nip out so I was with Jack G, Cam and Nash.
"Lets prank Shawn." Cam suggests.
"Like we could tell him he got kicked off Magcon." Nash responds, laughing.
"No please don't. You know Shawn will believe it and get panicky." I didn't want them to do this.
"Okay we won't." Cam says and I believe him.
That night
I was in the shower and I heard Cam and Nash come in. I've just washed my hair and begin to dry it in the shower.
Shawn's POV
"Hey guys" Cam and Nash come in to our hotel room.
"Hey"
"We have bad news Shawnie" Nash says, sitting down.
"What is it?" My heart begins to race.
"Well the thing is...there's a rule that on Magcon you can't look at any record labels and you've signed with Andrew now so you broke the rule." Cam explains.
"S...so have I..."
"Yes Shawn. You've been kicked off Magcon." My heart shatters. What? I've worked so hard for this. My heart beats faster and I feel warm. My breathing rate increases.
"R...really"
"Yeah. Why would we lie?" Nash says as Adryanna comes out of the bathroom.
Adryanna's POV
I see Cam and Nash sitting on the bed.
"Hey" they say in synchrony. But my focus is on Shawn.
"Shawn are you okay?" I sit next to him.
"I...I can't...b...breathe..." he was having a panic attack.
"Did you actually do it?" I ask Cam and Nash.
"Yeah but we didn't know he gets anxiety this bad." Nash replies, worry on his face.
"Shawn they were pranking you. Everything is fine." I cup Shawn's face and wipe his tears. He was still breathing really fast. "Come here" I sit on the bed next to him and sit him between my legs and I hold his head close to my chest. "Breathe with me honey." I say whilst stroking his hair. I cup his face and wipe away his tears, and his breathing rate slows after a while. "That's it. Well done honey. Lay yourself down." I help Shawn lay down and pull the blanket over him.
It was now time to deal with the perpetrators.
"Why? I told you not to!" I say to Nash.
"Sorry Shawn. We didn't know you get panic attacks." They looked sorry but I was still pissed.
"Just leave for a while yeah." Cam and Nash walk out and I go to my still shaking boyfriend.
"Are you okay darling?" I ask him, pulling his head into my lap.
"Yeah just a bit dizzy and hazy." He replies, holding my leg for comfort.
"Get to sleep hun. I love you so much."
"I love you Adryanna." I play with his hair as he falls asleep in my arms.
