You looked over at her and shook your head gently, "Aussie and I are going to leave for a bit."
She looked confused, but didn't ask anymore questions, she just stood there and watched you pack.
When you finished getting his clothes, you knelt down in front of her and said,
"Please don't treat your daddy like you treat me.."
You grabbed your bags and the sleeping baby and headed to the car, driving off into the darkness.
Now...
2 Weeks Later...
You and Austin had gone to a hotel, and have been there for 2 weeks. You haven't heard from Shawn or Ashlynn during that time, so you didn't know how things were going at the moment.
Shawn's POV
Man this little girl is bad.
The first few days after Y/N left were fine, but by the next week Ashlynn had gone crazy. Y/N had a routine that the kids followed everyday, and without that routine Ash started to get crazy and irritable.
"When's my mommy coming home?!" she cried out to me, jumping up and down angrily
"I don't know Ashlynn." I rubbed my face in frustration
"I want my moooooommyyyyyy" she drew out annoyingly
Now I know how Y/N feels.
Y/N really is an example of a super hero with no cape. We got married when Ashlynn was 2, and things were perfect. She has a job as a pediatrician and works in the morning until the afternoon, then I go to work until the evening. And through all of that, she would take care of our kids and go through this with Ashlynn.
Ash was still crying in my ear and i'd had enough. I grabbed her by the arm and put her over my knee and spanked her 6 times not saying anything to her. I felt bad, but I did what I had to do.
"Go to your room and think about what you've done to your mom and I." I told her as calmly as I could manage
She just stood there and looked at me.
"NOW ASHLYNN!" I yelled and she ran off crying
I rubbed my face again and pulled my phone out, deciding to call Y/N.
"Hello?" she answered
"Y/N."
"Yes Shawn." she sounded sad
"She's bad." I said, preparing myself for the 'I told you so'
I heard her chuckle sadly, "I already know that babe."
"I just spanked her.." I told her
It was silent for a minute, "Wow.. how did that go?"
"She's upstairs in her room for a time out, I did good." I chuckled lightly
"Yea, you did." She was still unhappy
"Can we meet up for lunch Y/N? I'll bring Ashlynn with me so she can apologize, and I've been missing my little man so bring him with you."
She chucked a little happier and said, "Alright Shawn, I'll see you in a bit."
I hung up and went upstairs to find some clothes for Ashlynn. I didn't know what to pick, so I just pulled out an ACDC t-shirt, ripped jeans, a striped jacket, and her adidas shoes. I decided to let her pick accessories and stuff and I left her hair in its curly state.

I set the clothes on her bed, not saying anything to her. Soon after, we left and headed to Olive Garden.
Author's POV
You got Austin dressed in a blue onesie, an orange and blue flannel, blue jeans, and some brown shoes.

You had on some leggings, a long sleeved Pink VS shirt, some pink Nikes, and your Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses to mask your red and puffy eyes.
You got to the restaurant and walked in to see Shawn sitting with Ashlynn at a table. Ashlynn looked very sad as she had her head laid on the table, circling a crayon around her paper in circles.
You went over to him and set down Austin's carseat. Shawn stood up and engulfed you into a big hug.
"I love you so much Y/N" he whispered in your ear as you started to cry on his shoulder
"I'm sorry I wasn't a good enough mom" you cried to him, hugging him tighter
"Don't say that Y/N you are an amazing mom. It was me who rendered Ashlynn's success of being a better kid, by not letting you discipline her." he kissed you lightly
The both of you pulled away when you felt a little hand tap you on the leg.
"Excuse me?" Ashlynn whispered, looking at her feet
You smiled softly at Shawn and grabbed Ashlynn's hand, leading her outside so the both of you could talk. Shawn was taking Austin out of his carseat, not really paying much mind to the both of you leaving.
The both of you sat on the bench outside and you let Ashlynn talk.
"What did you want to talk about Ash?" you asked gently
Tears started rolling down her rosy cheeks as she spoke, "I-I'm s-sorry t-that I-I was mean to you" she cried
"I forgive you Ashlynn, but you need to understand that you can't talk to mommy like that anymore. That's not how you talk to Adults, it's one thing to joke around like that with your friends at school, but not with mommy and daddy. That's very disrespectful babe." you explain to her
She nodded her head, hiccups fighting through her body as she cried
"C-can I-I have a h-hug?" she asked
You didn't answer her, you just pulled her into a loving hug and brushed the curls out of her face,
