Sometime in April, Rory and Logan were in the new house with Honor and Josh, putting furniture together. Rory dropped Sammy off with Lorelai before joining them.
"So which room is which" Josh asked
"Right at the top of the stairs is our room" Logan said "then Sammy's, Grace's, and Nicky's. After that is a guest room. Up another floor is gonna be like a tv room and another guest room"
"Why'd you get bunk beds?" Honor asked
"Because my husband's a sucker who can't say no to a 5 year old" Rory said
"He's got your eyes, Ace" Logan said "I can't say no to you either"
"You know what? I don't even care" Rory said "there are worse things he could've wanted for him room than bunk beds"
"The bunk beds will come in handy when he's a little older and wants to have sleepovers" Josh said

Over the next several weeks, Rory and Logan got the new house set up and come May 15th, their apartment in New York City was empty.
After dropping the kids off, Rory and Logan made their way to the New house where the movers were already unloading boxes.
"We need to get the kids' rooms unpacked first" Rory said
"I know" Logan said and put his hand on Rory's arm "you want the move to be as smooth for them as possible"
"It's just a big change" Rory said "new house, new city, new school...I don't want them to be overwhelmed"
"And I don't want you to be overwhelmed" Logan put his hands on Rory's waist "you planned this move so well, that an idiot could follow the plan. Everything's done already, it's just a few of their clothes and toys and the kitchen"
"I know. I know"
"Ok, so please try not to be so stressed"
"I'll try"

A couple of days later Rory invited Lorelai over to see the house.
"It's a beautiful house" Lorelai said
"Thank you" Rory said "do you want a tour?"
"I think you know that I do"
Rory brought Lorelai upstairs. When you walk in the first thing you see is the entryway. Where there's a closet on one side and a bathroom on the other.
