Beau was pushed down the long hall towards the NICU. As much as he tried to push for Perrie to be the one to see their daughter he was the only one allowed for the time being. When they went through the door he couldn't help but remember the tears in his wife's eyes as he left the room. It was killing her just as much as it was him that they couldn't just be with their daughter 24/7 and instead could only see her through a plastic box.

"I'll give you a bit with her. Take as many pictures as you like. I've been given the okay to let you use the openings in the box to touch your daughter just please refrain from moving her as we both know how delicate she is right now." The nurse set her hand on his shoulder. "Take as much time as you need. Just let me know when you would like to go back to your wife." He nodded before the wheelchair stopped in front of his daughter.

As the nurse walked out he stood before his eyes finally landed on his daughter. She was so much smaller than Blue. Multiple tubes and wires were coming from the small body in front of him. He couldn't even begin to count how many there were. Carefully he moved his hand through the hole in the side. His fingers gently caressed the soft skin along her head. Her eyes opened and he was in awe. He could've sworn he was looking Perrie dead in the eyes as the newborn stared back at him.

Beaus fingertips moved along her cheek as their eyes stayed on each others. The whole world around him dissolved as his other hand moved to gently grab his daughters hand. Her small hand was instantly grasping at his finger. At that moment he would've given anything to hold her as he saw tears well in her eyes. A NICU nurse immediately noticed what he did.

"I know it's hard but the best thing for her right now is to stay in there growing stronger by the second. Soon enough you'll be able to hold her properly and you won't even think about the times you weren't able to. But for now hold her head in your hand and do whatever you would normally do to calm a little one. Sing to her, talk to her, do whatever it is that you and your wife would normally do. Just treat her as if she's not in there." He nodded as he moved to sit in a chair she had brought over knowing that parents were more comfortable sitting than standing and given his condition the last thing he should be doing is standing for hours.

Beaus hand gently moved beneath the newborns head his thumb running along her cheek. He couldn't help but wish Perrie was here as he knew her singing would settle the little one instantly. His forehead moved to rest against the plastic in front of him as he watched the little girl. Tears were staining her cheeks as he tried his best to wipe them away.

Slowly sweet nothings slipped from his lips as he tried to console the newborn. As she began to calm their eyes met again. This time instead of keeping the sight to himself he decided to take a picture. His hand slipped from hers before he reached into his pocket for his phone. With his hand still beneath her head he took a picture of the newborn with her eyes wide open. He snapped a few more pictures to make sure Perrie got to see just what he was.

As a yawn slipped from her lips he put his phone down. His thumb began to move along her cheek before her eyes closed. Her breathing evened out and he knew she was asleep. He carefully pulled his hand away and watched the newborn.

"She'll be alright hun. She's in the best hands at this hospital. Would you like to go back to your wife while she rests? I can let you both know when she's awake again." He nodded at the nurse before she called for another set of hands to take him back to Perries room. He stole one last look at the newborn before he heard the machines she was hooked up to begin to go off.

Much to Beaus dismay he was quickly pulled away from his daughter and wheeled back towards Perrie's room. No matter the amount of pleading, bargaining or begging the nurse would not go back to the NICU, he only promised an immediate update on her condition when they got one.

Beau was left in Perries room before the nurse left to go back to his station. When the pairs eyes met she instantly knew something was wrong.

"What's going on?" She quickly asked drawing everyone's attention towards him. He was gasping for air before he could even answer. A panic attack hit him harder than it ever had. Jade was the first to move as Perrie couldn't. She pushed the wheelchair towards the blonde before she just about dragged him into her bed. "Breathe Beau." She said into his ear as her arms wound around him. His face buried into her neck as he slowly began to calm. "What happened?" She asked quietly trying to get an answer when she knew she could.

"S-S-She.... T-T-The...." He couldn't even come out with a full sentence. Every single person in the room was waiting for an answer. Hormones took over as the blonde pulled Beau away from her. She grabbed his face forcing his eyes to meet hers. "Everything just started going nuts and they just made me leave." A sob left his lips before she pulled him back into her. Her emotions turned to match his and soon enough they were both crying.

Debbie and Dawn moved next to their respective children. Debbie slowly smoothed her daughters hair as Dawn gently rubbed her sons back. They could only imagine the fear that was coursing through their children as they had no idea what was going on with their daughter and were helpless.

"She's so small Pez." Beau spoke only for the blonde to hear. His voice was broken but his words were calming. "God her eyes are just like yours. She's so perfect." Her fingers threaded in his hair as she held him.

"She'll be okay baba." She said for the both of them earning a nod from her husband.

It was hours later that the doctors were in telling the two that their little girl was now stable.
