Y/N's POV

It's been 3 months since Ginny Weasley broke up with me.

At first, I thought our relationship was perfect. I thought anything was possible. I guess that's what love is. Then, she told me it was all over. She said she never loved me and that it was all for a bet. She also said she made out with Lavender Brown before our talk. Yeah :/ She cheated on me too. Luckily she did it right before summer break, so I didn't have to look at her for 3 months. It was a blessing.

Now we return to Hogwarts.

I'm sitting in the train car with Susan Bones and Hannah Abbott.

The trolley lady stops by and I get my favorite treat. She also hands me a package and says that someone special hopes I receive this.

Hannah, Susan, and I stand on one side of the train compartment. We set the package on the other side. I poke it and it flips over.

A letter opens and it starts talking.
It says "Miss Y/N! This is a letter to you. My sweet little Hufflepuff who I miss. I hope this treat finds you well. It's not cursed. I know you think little of me because of what I did to you. From, your red-headed ex!"

Wtf?!?! 
Who does she think she is?!?! Is she trying to get back into my life.

Hannah walks forward and opens the package.
It's 3 pumpkin pasties.
We each eat one that way if one turns out to be cursed, we all are.

We reach the castle and we head inside.

I take my seat at the table by my friends.
I hear "Psssst! Y/N!"
I turn around and see Ginny smiling.
I ask "Yes, Ginny?"
She frowns and says "Oh Umm... did you get my treat?"
I nod and answer "Hannah, Susan, and I appreciated them. Thank you."
She nods.
I exclaim "I hope your summer break was good. Enjoy the feast."
She replies "It was good. I'll tell you all about it another time."
I shrug and turn away from her.

Who does she think she is trying to push her way into my life after she hurt me?!?

I see Lavender sitting far away and looking down at her food. I guess they broke up.

That weekend ...

I brought a blanket to the hillside to do my homework. Not a lot of people come out here and it's really peaceful.

I hear "Hey!"
I look up and see Ginny standing there.
She exclaims "I'm having trouble in Charms. I just don't get understand the topic we're focusing on. Can you help me? After all, Charms was always your best class."
I reply "Fine. Take a seat."
She jumps down and smiles giddily.

I help her with her homework for an hour.

Ginny exclaims "Thanks for all your help today. I appreciate it."
I nod.
She exclaims "Okay so last summer, remember when I was telling you about how..."
I interrupt her by saying "Please stop talking."
She frowns and asks "Why? What's wrong?"
I answer "Why are you acting so causal around me? Do you have any idea how much you broke me?"
She stares at me dumbfounded.
Tears drip out of my eyes and she reaches over to me. I slap away her hand.
She gasps.
I stammer out "You ... you broke me! I will not be your friend."
She replies "I want to though. I want you back. I'll do anything!"
I yell "LEAVE ME ALONE! JUST MOVE ON ALREADY!"
She replies "Fine. For now!"

2 weeks later ...

Ginny hasn't bothered me in 2 weeks.
It's been good:)

As I step out of Madam Puddifoot's shop, I see Ginny standing there.
She asks "What were you doing in there?"
I answer "I was on a date. Some people moved on, Ginny."
She replies "I thought you found Madam Puddifoot's Tea Shop too cliche and cheesy."
I reply "I guess I just never went with the right person."
She gasps.
The door opens and my date walks out.
Ginny stammers out "Y... You?"
I feel a hand intertwine with mine and my date says "Yes. I am dating your ex. It's crazy."
Ginny asks "Why Pansy, Y/N?"
I shrug and answer "She actually cares about me and didn't just ask me out for a bet."
Ginny replies "I told you that I cared for you. It wasn't all a bet."
Pansy says "Geez Ginny, do you expect anyone to believe you? Especially now!"
Ginny asks "What do you mean?"
Pansy laughs and answers "Lavender Brown talked about how you moaned another girl's name while you made out with her. Not to mention, everyone saw Y/N scream at you. People are beginning to see you for who you are."
I notice a tear slip down Ginny's face and she says "I'm sorry to have interrupted the date. I'll go now."
She then walks away.
