Namrata's pov:
I woke up at 6a.m. and was wondering why did I wake up today this early morning and tried to get some more but couldn't get it... Finally at 6:30 I woke up and did my chores and made honey lemon drink for myself and went to the roof... I love the morning fresh air
I remembered today Aditya and his family was coming and here at home everyone was busy except me and saanvi.. I just had to play with her. Nobody allowed me to do any work it was around 3p.m. Di told me go and get ready as they were going to come at 4
Quickly I did shower and di helped me getting ready she put little makeup on me she told me to put lipstick but I didn't feel like so I put some gloss with little bit red tint... and I was ready exactly at 3:55 and the moment I finished getting ready there was honking of two cars and I knew there they were....
There were summersaults in my stomach and my heart beats were so fast i could feel it.. I could hear everyone talking and their laughs then some lady asked about me and di came into room smiling
"come let's go.. Its time"
"Di.. I can't ...!! I am scared" I told her by holding her hands
"Don't worry just be yourself okay"
I just nodded
I went out there and all the eyes were on me.. There I saw a middle aged man and women I assume it was Aditya's dad-mom and a bubbly girl was seated there beside aditya I assumed she is his sister... Masi held my hand and made me sit on the sofa..
After some time aunty asked me few questions and then uncle too asked a few things..
Then the bubbly girl came and sat beside me
"you are very beautiful"
I smiled and said " thank you and you are too cute"
And we were talking and all the time I felt a pair of eyes on me but I can't look back at those eyes I wanted to look but there were too many people to notice I couldn't get to look up into those eyes..
After few time Aditya's mom said "If it's good then we should let Adi and Namrata talk to each other alone"
Then masi said "yes absolutely.."
Then di and pari took us to my room
"Pari lets leave them to talk.." di said
"Yes... all the best" pari said
and I smiled at them
"Please sit" Adi said
and his voice is wow
"Umm.. yeah... you also sit
"Sso this is your room?" he asked
"Yes"
He pointed at a photo and asked me "is it you Miss. Banerjee?"
"yeah"
"You were very cute"
"Thank you.. can I ask you something?"
"Yes definitely"
"Can you please not call me Miss. Banerjee.. actually it seems very formal and one of my teacher used to call me that whom I hated the most"
"Well if you say.. So Namrata I want to ask you a important question"
"ya sure"
"See this is important for us"
"Ok so what is it?"
"Actually as far as I have seen today's girls most probably believes in love marriage so why you are going for an arranged marriage?"
"Well my answer is actually simple I don't believe in love marriage that much as in I trust my parents that they would find me my perfect life partner that's it"
"You are different and beautiful"
with his compliment I blushed and lowered my head a bit and said "thank you" and all the time I can feel his eyes on me continuously
"So do you like travelling?" he asked
"Yes... I love travelling actually"
"So what type of place do you like hilly or beach"
"I love hilly areas.. ice all around it's wonderful.... So do you like travelling?"
"Yes I too love travelling infact I too love hilly areas and ice all around"
"So what in music you like?"
"actually I am full Bollywood lover Bollywood songs , movies everything" I said excitedly
" Yeah few of Bollywood movies are good"
"So you don't like Bollywood movies much?"
"No it's not like that but I like Hollywood much more"
"ohkk I get it.. so what type of movies you do like"
"mostly action, sci-fi, horror movies. what about you?"
"I love all type of movie except the horror and which involves black magic.. it scares me a lot"
"But they aren't real" he said
"I don't know but it literally scares me.. if I watch I can't sleep properly"
"Its ok.. then we would avoid to watch horror movies"
"Absolutely" then I realized what he said and he was smiling at my answer
"Can ask you something.. actually it's not a question I would love to ask but kind of important"
"You can ask anything Namrata" (in my mind- ohh God my name sounds so good in his voice)
"Do you drink or smoke?"
"Well I don't smoke but about drinking yes I do it sometimes. it's actually occasionally"
"That's good.. I think smoking shouldn't be done" I said with a smile
"So you really love reading it seems by your collection of novels"
"Yes actually reading novels and listening to music really gives me peace"
"Thats good.."
The door opened and saanvi came and went towards Aditya and he started playing with her.. Both paired up in like seconds. She really seems to like Aditya
"So don't you want to ask any questions?"
"no.."
"Then I think lets go" he picked up saanvi and signalled me to move out before him
We were infront of our parents and everyone were talking and after that I came inside..
After few minutes Aditya's mom came in and she said she really likes me and before being the daughter-in-law of the house I will be her daughter and I smiled.. she told that they all are going and will be waiting for my answer.. I touched aunty and uncle's feet and pari hugged me and said bye and then my eyes went on Aditya he waved me and I waved back at him then he winked me and I blushed.. I couldn't control myself just prayed that nobody should have seen it...
I went inside the room and di came in with endless number of questions
"Di I can't answer these much of questions" I said
"See we really loved Aditya and his family they seems to be good, genuine and about Aditya he also seemed very good.. so what do you think about aditya now tell me. Even papa also likes him a lot"
"I don't know di he is really like papa and nature is sweet, he is very much good looking also di but...." she cut me off in between
"but what...?"
"I don't know di I can't explain you.. please let their answer come first ok.. I want to get some sleep now tomorrow I have to go collage I missed so many days
And I slept...
Aditya's pov:
It was 2:30p.m. when I went to get ready. I wore the black shirt cream pants and added a black blazer. In my life for the first time it took me 1hour to get ready completely.. I wore my lucky watch and then it was 3:55pm exact and we were outside Namrata's house.. It was a beautiful house the plants and all made the place looked peaceful.. They made all of sit and then I came to know about her family and the cute little girl saanvi.. I saw many photos hanging there of a little girl and her face didn't change much she still is cute little doll like... And here she was not coming out and I was waiting there for her eagerly..
After sometime she came out and I couldn't get words she looked so beautiful, simple yet elegant in that saree.. she wore a minimal makeup and with that only she was looking amazing..I couldn't take my eyes off her.
She came and sat with everyone and was talking to everyone and I couldn't take my eyes off her..She seemed to be a little nervous at first.. She was not looking at my direction but when she felt my gaze on her she blushed a little.. And it really felt me is she the one for me?
Then we were left to talk and when in between our talks she got a little bit shy and she blushed I wondered how can someone blush so much that got pink all over .. And it was all because of me.. That time i decided my answer
Then when we were going I waved her back she again blushed then I noticed she had a very dot like small mole on her left chin and i literally wanted to kiss that.. but I had to stop.. If somebody hears these thoughts of mine will surely think I am pervert..
it was 9pm
When we reached home dad asked me my answer and I told him it's a yes from my side.. and he decided to call them and tell them my answer because they really liked her and definitely who won't like her..
And my father called up Namrata's father and told that its a YES from our side...
