(Thank you to all for the encouragement on my exams. I still got a few more to go but here's another chapter.)

Shi Feng stood before a hundred giant steps in the extraordinary tower's second floor.

Unlike the first floor there weren't even ten people training on the second floor. Only those who had reached the Flowing Water Realm along with the Truth Realm or better can ascend these stairs.  Because of that he only saw a few members of the guild's mainforce here.

"It's much more difficult trying to erase my habits than I thought," he said.

The Ruined Mountain Range is a place he wouldn't normally go to by himself even if he reached tier 5. Only a tier 6 player can reliably explore all of it but he has to.

Not only to learn about the God Slayer but to also increase his chances of reaching tier 5.

Forbidden lands hold clues and assistance for reaching tier 5 and 6. Many tier 4 experts will spend most of their time in these forbidding lands trying to improve themselves.

If he wants a good chance of obtaining those resources for himself and his guild members he would need to improve his own strength and the easiest way for him to do that right now is to reach the Transcendental Realm.

Even though he has improved a lot within a short amount of time he still feels like he is missing something.

At first he thought the next step was to properly integrate Bronze Combat Techniques into his every action but the difficulty of doing that is ridiculous and impractical for him with his current standards.

As he learned more about the Transcendental Realm he thought he should try to get rid of all of his habits so he can effortlessly and naturally adjust to any type of situation he comes by.

Again that's easier said than done. He has spent decades building and integrating his combat style, techniques, and habits into his very soul.

It isn't difficult to switch over to a new style but there will always be certain things in his subconscious that he will do without even realizing it.

It's like a person's handwriting. While we are still kids we learn to write and as we progress through our teenage years our handwriting solidifies into our own unique style.

Trying to completely change that unique style of writing into something completely new then trying to write in that new style naturally takes a lot of practice and time to do for most people.

Since he had hit a roadblock the best thing to do is to retrace his steps and start from the very basics.

Just from the first floor's training he had learned how uncomfortable it is for him to erase those minor habits of his. If he realized he was doing something habitually, he would force himself to change it but then that would create a new habit for him making him start at square one all over again.

He had already reached the True Domain Realm, his control and perception over his body and the world has already reached unimaginable levels and his brain functions are at almost god like standards.

For him to be having such a difficult time means not even a Void Realm expert would be able to reach the Transcendental Realm in a short amount of time.

Shi Feng climbed on to the first step and the usual two silver swordsman that resembled him appeared.

Wasting no time the two instantly crossed the distance separating them from Shi Feng and swung their long swords at him.

Tier 1 skill - Gale Sword
Tier 1 skill - Flashing Fire

Both swordsmen used incredibly rare and powerful tier 1 skills at a 100% completion rate. The two also lacked any excess movements as they moved; they were very close to the Refinement Realm.
