(So in some of the recent chapters of the official, Lucky Old Cat the author came out with the Higher Domain Realm. For now I'll keep it as the True Domain Realm in the fanfic but if there is confusion or people want it changed, I can change it to Higher Domain Realm.)

Everyone couldn't help but talk about it. The spies from the major forces reported to their superiors with disgruntled expressions.

The War God's Temple has a duty to protect all major cities in the game as long the city meets the proper conditions. But for player owned cities, to what level of protection they offer depends on the value the temple places on that city.

With a primal mana environment with primary mana, the War God's Temple can't ignore it. Even though they would relinquish a little bit of the city's rights and control and have to pay a higher protection fee, this is a good thing.

NPC magistrates are all ridiculously powerful. Each one of them is already talented and is granted a legendary weapon or equipment. For magistrates of minor cities they are given multiple fragmented legendary items. They are also strengthened by their city's magic arrays. Not even a tier 5 player would want to mess with a tier 3 magistrate.
