2796 Completing a Forgotten Quest

Primal mana is just another way to describe a mana environment that resembles the environment in ancient times or before the Great Destruction.

Rising Wing City and the Starlight Fortress both have primal mana environments.

The difference is that the degree wasn't as great as the one he is currently experiencing. Unfortunately it's only with the four main elements and not the three supreme elements like with the Starlight Fortress, Rising Wing City, and Lost Town.

Players wouldn't be able to quickly unlock their mana bodies here like in those locations and their mana control practice with the three supreme elements won't be as effective.

But this type of environment is in no way inferior and Shi Feng felt like there was something different about the mana in Zero Wing City. He just couldn't put his finger on it.

He decided to put the thought to the back of his mind and made his way to the lobby where he saw Youlan.

Seeing Shi Feng, Youlan went to go report to him, "Guild Leader, we will be able to relocate the necessary resources and people in a few hours. We're trying to avoid any spies from catching wind of our movements," she informed him.

Shi Feng shook his head, "you can speed up the process, it doesn't matter if the spies from other guilds know about it. It only makes sense that we're increasing the security along with the map upgrade, nothing wrong with that."

"But guild leader, this increase in security is very drastic and will attract a lot of attention and thanks to all these changes the guild is already in the spotlight!" She understands that there is always a method and reason to Shi Feng's madness. It's the job of her and the guild's upper management to make sure Shi Feng's plans go smoothly. That's why she is trying to be careful, what if Shi Feng's has something big planned.

"Don't worry about it. It doesn't matter if the other powers know about this operation, just get it done as soon as possible." He told her.

He wasn't just worried about the changes to Witch's Hill, he was more concerned about the NPCs.

NPCs will now seek to capture guild towns and cities and Zero Wing City has become a gold mine. He is also stressing about Stone Forest City as well. That's where the Tree of Life is and any powerful NPC will be able to sense the tree's powerful life force.

He needs to figure out a solution to that or Zero Wing might lose one of its most powerful secrets.

"Oh, Youlan, are we still doing that Primordial Crystal commission?" Shi Feng asked. He was supposed to collect 100,000 Primordial Crystals for the Jealous Witch, but he has long since failed that quest.

Luckily the penalties weren't severe despite it being an Inferior Legendary Quest.

"If I recall correctly we haven't taken down that commission. It should still be up," she told him.

Primordial Crystals can upgrade mounts to the bronze rank. Nowadays Bronze ranked mounts are common but many new people join the guild and would prefer to switch to the guild's Thunder Wolves and upgrade it quickly.

The Primordial Crystals won't become obsolete for a very long time, so there was never any need to end that commission.

"Great. Increase the rewards for the commission and give this to Melancholic. Tell her that her and Cream Cocoa should start researching it as soon as possible." Shi Feng traded a design with Youlan.

When Youlan checked the design her eyes almost fell out of her sockets. "Guild Leader, where did you get this?!" She yelled in shock.

In her hands is a design for a level 150 - 180 Epic ranked shield called The Star Cloud Titan.
