Shi Feng headed to his office, where he can activate some of the city's functions. When Shi Feng entered a holographic projection of the entire city and its surroundings hovered above the floor in the center of the room. Next to it was a holographic butler who was greeting Shi Feng.

"Hello City Lord, my name Johan and I am your designated assistant." The holographic butler said.

Hello Johan, I would like to see the city's exclusive functions."

"As you wish sir."

Johan then displayed the icon that showed the city's function.

Right now he's looking at a list for some constructions and features that can be built. Many of the more powerful constructions and features can only be built when the city reaches advanced rank and the truly powerful ones can only be built when the city becomes a main city. But the basic city functions are still incredible.

"Sir, as you are the first heaven blessed individual to construct an ancient city you are allowed to pick three constructions to be built." Johan informed him.

All ancient cities have their special abilities. When players build one they are normally allowed to pick two of these abilities every time they upgrade their city and they can only choose functions that correspond with their city's rank.

Basic cities get basic abilities, intermediate cities get intermediate abilities or lower, so on and so on. If they want to build more of these functions, the ruling power would have to find special tokens or do quests that can rival legendary quests.

Now that he can choose three right off the bat, it would save him a lot of time. His ancient city has ten basic functions to choose from. One of these functions was similar to the ancient battlefield in the StarLight fortress. He decided to ignore that one, Zero Wing already has plenty of superb training areas, he can't waste his precious slots on something he currently has.

While Shi Feng was browsing the list, he noticed an unfamiliar name, "Johan what is a body constructor room?"

"Sir that is a room that will simulate a person's respective mana body before they construct one and allow them to practice building their mana body. If you choose to build this room, it can only simulate the mana bodies of standard and basic legacies.  As you upgrade the room it can simulate the mana bodies of intermediate, then advanced, then peak legacies," Johan told him.

"No wonder those superpowers with ancient cities managed to nurture so many tier 6 players! This is just unfair." The body constructor room will allow tier 0, 1, and 2 players to practice building their mana bodies, before they reach tier 3, giving them a sturdy foundation. This will give them the ability to construct peak gold mana bodies with high completion rates. If Shi Feng had this room before he did his tier 3 promotion, he would've gotten a 95% completion rate at least with his epic mana body.

In his past life the reason why so many void realm experts from superpowers couldn't reach tier 5 and the weaker experts from from first rate guilds and below could is because those void realm experts didn't put too much effort into their mana bodies.

Back then players from superpowers were arrogant and thought as long as they pass a high difficulty promotion exam they would reach tier 5 and 6. They would spend their legacy skill points recklessly and not put too much effort into building a better mana body, mostly settling for an intermediate silver mana body with a high completion rate. This became their downfall as those experts were stuck at tier 4.

Zero Wing can now nurture an army of future tier 3 and higher powerhouses with peak mana bodies. In fact he was almost tempted to make some of his main force members with silver mana bodies start their account all over again so they could build stronger mana bodies.
